The burgers were greatStaff was greatBut the Brussels sprouts were not cooked nearly enough, and were not cut. I’m guessing if they had been cut, they would have cooked better. I love Brussels and they were the main reason we ate here (pickup via doordash) i ordered 3 but could only eat 10%.
Came today for the first time. They were short staffed, the ice cream machine was broken, and there was no ice in the soda fountain. That being said, the employee taking orders, serving food, and helping customers with their questions and complaints was killing it. Despite how busy he was, he was kind and never stopped working. What could have been a bad experience was made better by his effort.The food was also delicious. The fries were warm and fresh, the burgers were perfect. The food made up for the few inconveniences that were out of the control of the staff on duty.
The classic smash is a juicy angus burger on a soft bun with all the fillings. The rosemary Smash fries are very good. They have Original taste Coke which is the best kind IMO.However, the restaurant itself seems a little run down. The ice machine was broken, half the seating area was littered with makeshift kitchen storage. The bathroom soap dispenser was lying on the floor and I was told "that happens sometimes".

They are constantly understaffed and employees have always been so nice.Cooks rarely get orders correct if you have a special request (such as no tomatoes).I was prompted to write this review after going here at the 6pm dinner rush. A single front employee who was doing everything. From taking orders, serving orders, making shakes, cleaning tables, and more. I didn't get her name but she deserves a raise for dealing with whatever is going on behind the scenes here.Oh and the food's pretty good. You'll find yourself craving it from time to time.
Absolutely filthy. The soda machine was leaking on the counter and dripping on the floor. Unbussed tables and the floors looked as if they haven't been swept in a week. I refunded my order and left. You are better off driving 2 blocks down the street to enjoy Five Guys.
I used to like Smashburger. But the Draper location is inconsistent at its best (salty burgers, salty fries) and unacceptable most of the time. Again, today, ordered two burgers and they both were raw inside. I just don't understand. I never get a raw burger anywhere else. I guess I naively think that next time they will finally cook them right. No. It's enough for me. There are better, cheaper, and safer options to have a great burger in the area. The two stars vote is because the fries were good.
Great food and service. Like everywhere else they are short staffed, 1 cook and 1 server. We ordered our food online for an 11:45 pickup. Food was a little bit late, 5 or 10 minutes - hostess explained they were short staffed and told us what the expected wait was. We were also given free drinks while we waited which made waiting that much better. Other places that are short staffed could learn from this! Will be back again.
Good food! Good service, despite being short staffed! It got quite busy and the 2 employees worked well together and pulled it off. Highly recommend!
Food presentation was awesome! burger looked like the actual picture I ordered. Very flavorful burger. Coming from a big burger fan it’s hard to find a place to get an actual burger the way this one was. I Don’t come here often but definitely will be back soon! New favorite burger place
Went in to order a burger, thought I would try it out. Place was empty, and dirty. Nobody standing in line, and only one person inside dining. Walked up to the register where the lady at the register was busy doing something. She looked at me and didn’t even greet or acknowledge me. I waited for nearly 10 minutes. Apparently She was too busy to take a 1 minute order. Dont know how any place could stay open when they can’t even take a simple order. Taking customers orders should always be a priority. Very disappointing.
