I honestly don't understand all of the rave reviews. We have seen this place for awhile and had been wanting to try it. Finally did, and got two bowls with teriyaki noodles. For the teriyaki noodles, we literally got spaghetti noodles with nothing on them. How are they 'teriyaki' if they are plain with no sauce? My chicken was also very dry and over cooked and was a little skimpy. The Mac I got on the side was also pretty bland and flavorless. My husband's meal was similar quality. It was plain and flavorless. He only got about a half cup of meat and even less in beans and the rest was just plain spaghetti noodles. Not worth the $35 we spent at all. We will not be returning.

Ordered a bowl with chicken, steam veggies, “teriyaki noodles” and orange rumbi sauce to go. Service was fast and friendly, and food was warm, but that’s about the highlights. The orange sauce was decent, but the portion of chicken was small. The veggies were barely steamed, and essentially just raw and hot. The teriyaki noodles were just spaghetti. This was the most disappointing part. I was expecting lo mein or chow mein noodles, but it was just over-cooked spaghetti. A $.50 cent upcharge for spaghetti? I hope this is just supply chain issues….

I got a steak rice bowl today from the Murray location. The meat was not cooked. The meat was bloody and the blood was soaking into the rice. I threw it away it was disgusting.

the manager are super helpful and everything has always tasted amazing, they okay close attention to the customers needs, I recommend this place to anyone who is sick of fast food and wants fresh food for a change❤️ absolutely love it

Liked my sweet pork salad. Nice and fresh. Could have used more cilantro, beans, etc. The lettuce leaves were large and hard to eat.My sister's steak bowl had raw meat, loaded with noodles (spaghetti?) and just a few veggies. Too bad we can't customize to our liking.

I walked in and was greeted with an Aloha by the assistant manager Jill. I’ve worked for Rumbi for two years in the past so I know how it works. After I ordered I sat down to eat. My food was promptly brought out and was great! However the point of this review is that while I was eating Jill, the employee I was greeted by and who brought out my food quickly was being yelled at by another employee to “do her job” which I thought she was doing great at. Later I then noticed that Lindsey, the one who yelled was no where to be seen while Jill, was left drowning at the Expo counter. I have NEVER seen such disrespect for another coworker let alone the assistant manager of this location. I won’t be coming back because if this is how they treat their boss, I don’t want to know how they treat the customers!

The food was good and prepared properly, however it rang up for more than the menu prices, so the manager gave me a coupon to use another time.

When I came in I was greeted immediately by a very sweet and helpful worker named Jill. While I was eating my food I over heard all of the staff talking horribly about said worker in Spanish, and purposely excluding her from conversations and refusing to help her. This is unacceptable and should not be tolerated in any work place. She looked horribly uncomfortable and no worker who works as hard as she was should be treated that way. All of the customers adored her. And she treated them with the utmost respect and care. I would like to see something done about this before I will ever return to this restaurant.

Out for shrimp. Very tasty. YUM.

Kinda pricey $12.50 for the rice bowl with rumbi rice and pork, and veggies. Left me still hungry when places like mobettahs and cafe Rio I'm stuffed. Decent tasting and I'm sure good quality ingredients, but to be better value, if gonna charge that much, should add free small fries, or Mac salad, or more rice and beans, all super low food cost but add value as a purchase.
