I have ordered from the Draper store before and their pizza just is not as good as other stores but I didn’t really want to drive to another store. I placed the order for delivery. My pizza was delivered on time but it is paper thin, rock hard and has a very strange flavor. I don’t think I have ever had bread sticks that were so dry that it would break when bent. The coloring of the breadsticks and pizza just wasn’t right.I threw out $57 of pizza and went to Domino’s.

Every person there was great! They were running their butts off while simultaneously dealing with rude / frustrated customers. My respect. But I fell for the wings—which I admit was dumb. Who buys wings from a pizza chain?! But, my complaint isn’t that I thought they’d be awesome. My only complaint is that they should really just call them chicken nuggets, like the rest of the world does.

This location has truly gone down the drain... They need to cut their losses and just shut the store down.I've been trying to locate my delivery order for 2 HOURS now. We went as far as to go to the store personally bc it said our pizza was delivered, when it obviously wasn't delivered to us..There's only one lady running the whole dang store. When I explained to her my issue, rather than her trying to resolve my issues, she asked the name on the order, looked through the orders she had ready and just said "door dash has it" she NEVER checked her system to verify that's infact what happened to my order. So needless to say we had to get ahold of corporate to even process a refund, and we cut or loses and went to McDonald's down the road.

Ordered our pizza BEFORE CLOSE and never got it. I understand the store closes at 8:00, but if you aren't gonna be able to deliver it, let us know, and give us our money back; or disable deliveries after a certain time.

I set up an order for a special occasion for pick-up at 7:45. I woke up early for work (graveyard shifts) to get here before they closed to pick up my order. While I was waiting in the parking lot at 7:30 to pick up my order, the employee locked the doors, turned off the lights, and left. He was parked in one of the customer Carry Out spots, and he was gone before I could ask him about my order. I received no notice from the store that they were closing early or anything about my order. Why do you guys have it listed that you’re open until 8 if you’re locking up and going home early? I emailed Pizza Hut and am waiting for a response, but this is absolutely frustrating to say the least.

Ordered online for a 3 topping pizza for carry out and when I arrived I looked around the back of house and it was so filthy and the ground was black and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months and I open the pizza box and it’s not extra cheese like I ordered and the grease is soaking the corner of the pizza box and tried talking to the guy who was working and guy me a “it is what it is” response and look and didn’t care. I won’t be coming back to this location when you pay for extra toppings and don’t get them and the pizza is so greasy and not appetizing!

*Update - Don't know why, but I decided to give this location a 2nd chance. My order couldn't be processed, for some unexplained reason. They managed to charge my card TWICE though. Called several times to try and get a resolution. More than an hour on hold. The only store employee I could get ahold of hung up on me when I asked for a manager. I have now been charged more than $150 for food I have either not gotten or was inedible. Consistent problems with this location. RAW dough, Incorrect orders, often won’t to take delivery orders and are often out of items.

I placed an online order shortly after 5pm. An hour and a half later I call for an update. The phone number listed takes you to a call center instead of the actual store. When I ask for an update on my order they transfer me to the store who leaves me on hold for 15 minutes before I hang up and try again. This process is repeated 6 times. The store answers 2 of the 6 calls. The 1st time they tell me the driver is leaving as we speak. The 2nd time they answer, they put me on hold to call the driver to see where they are, and hang up while I'm on hold. When I called back one last time to ask for a refund, the call center rep tells me they've closed early, so I need to call back the next day to get my refund. Will update once I've actually gotten my money back

Terrible service, called the number and placed an order. My order was sent to another location 45 minutes away. The order number is a call center, when calling back they really didn’t care that my order was messed up.

Placed an order through DoorDash so we could stay at home and catch up on the week. 30 minutes go by and it says the order is still being processed. At first we thought it was DoorDash, but then the driver texts us saying he was at the location and that our order didn’t go through. The cherry on top of all this, we called the location 5 minutes before to see and they asked if it was the order for us, we confirmed, then he told us hang on before hanging up on us then putting us on hold for corporate. They also charged the card as well. Terrible service, needs some serious revision or staff overhaul.
