Just a garbage experience for a birthday party.Trying to reserve a few lanes for a birthday party. It states on the website you can. When we've called in the 4-5 times we've been told just reserve on the site. Every time we have mentioned it’s for a birthday party. So we finally go in. Apparently we have to talk to the events person to do this. The events person isn’t there so the girl recommends we chat with the manager. She goes to get the manager and comes out and says that he did not want to come out and talk to us.What a joke.

Our friends invited us to join them. We were surprised that we would be in the VIP section. Pretty snazzy! It was busy but not crowded in the full area.Once given access to the VIP area, we made ourselves comfortable. After sitting for a bit, we had to asked when a server would be coming around to take our order. We were advised that they only had three working and one would be around soon.Once our server arrived, she was very attentive through our stay. No complaints with her service. We ordered a pitcher of beer. It did not taste like what we had ordered. Another pitcher was brought to us. It tasted the same. It tasted flat and was cool at best. No frosted glasses to accompany the beer. We even asked to check the keg to see if it was hooked up wrong. It wasn't.It was offered to get a different brand of beer. We declined, and some of our party did drink the beer that was given to us.Over all, it was a good evening with friends visiting and listening to the music/DJ.Wish the beer was colder and frosted mugs available. And this is my review of my visit to Pins & Ales Draper.

Pins & Ales is fun environment for adults. However tonight their appeared to be only one service waiter for the entire place which caused delays in getting service and was probably contributing to many dirty tables. He was friendly and hussled to ensure everyone was still taken care of. However, the female bartender was rude to put it nicely as she reminded us when we asked questions about things other than drinks that she was the bartender. Escapology escape rooms are in the same building so you can hit both spots for a fun night out.

I waited on myself. I was given a broken glass with my beer. I travel on business and have been to 49 states. I eat out at least 4-5 days per week. In 23 years, the service ranks up with the poorest service. That said, the pizza was great, but get it to go!

This was a pleasant surprise, contrasting any other bowling alley I've been to. The venue was EXTREMELY clean, and everything felt like it was new. Staff were very friendly and food was better than most restaurants in the area! Arcade area was very fun and easy to use, and didn't feel gross like other arcades. Bowling area had an amazing atmosphere, complete with fun lighting and great music. I'm excited to come again with more of my friends and family, you've definitely won me over!

The prices are pretty average. The drinks are good. The staff is friendly and attentive. Great idea for a night out.

The service at this location is always the best! The waitress was so nice and helpful with our group and made sure we were always taken care of. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Really cool place. Cool lanes and the seats are nice though they could be roomier. The food is good too!

Place is cool but the DJ and choice of music is pretty terrible. This is the 2nd time we have come and this guy needs a new hobby. Definitely detrimental to the vibe and the amount of time and money I want to spend here. Get a bangin’ DJ maximize profits…. Just a tip from vibe patrol.

The service could be better. A bit slow.
