My husband and I love Papa Murphys, but we would not recommend this location. It's been at this location that we've received some of the worst pizza. It looked fine when we received our order but after we cooked it, it became clear that this wasn't the normal papa Murphys pizza. It stuck to the board it comes with and trying to get it unstuck was horrendous. There were huge bubbles on both of the pizzas we ordered and the taste wasn't like how it normally is. Very disappointed.

We ordered 2 hours ahead to be sure we got our order at 8pm. We showed up and they had not even started our order. They got it ready quickly, but apologized they were out of their cheesy bread and cinnamon wheel, which was part of our order and we tipped on as part of our whole order. Crew member was nice, but could not explain to us how we could get our whole order, even if we ordered 6 hours ahead of time. Poor store management. What's the point of using the app or ordering ahead if you don't put aside what was ordered!!!

It appears they aren't overly concerned with negative reviews (read through them all), so this may just be noise. For the last 4-5 years we've frequented this location many times. We have a family member who hates cheese. Like has a physical reaction to it - repulsed by it - but loves pizza. For some reason, every time I've asked for a budget pizza here minus the cheese I've been told "no". I'm stumped. I get the modifications to the budget pizzas asking for more items, but I'm literally asking for something to be removed (thus saving the company money). I would understand if these were pre-made pizzas, but last Saturday I watched the employee make the "no" pizza from scratch. Here's where it gets dicey for me. The routinely tell my wife they can or can't do it. There doesn't seem to be a policy in place. And for every time they've accommodated her, they've told me no. So it's just an embarrassing encounter every single time. As a result, I just come here less. We're still customers, but they've literally created less business for themselves. Again, it appears they don't care. They must be plenty busy to not address the slew of negative reviews here. All I ask is that you apply the policy evenly. If it's a no, that's fine. If it's a "sure, we can do that", that's great too. Just so I can avoid the unknown - EVERY SINGLE TIME.

I went to the Draper Papa Murphy's earlier this evening. The order I placed was not the one I received (I had ordered half Hawaiian/half special order). While the mistake made my nephew very happy (he loves Hawaiian) it left me without my side. I left a comment on the survey and within very little time the store owner called me to apologize and rectify the situation. That is AMAZING customer service. Tim, you have a customer for life now.

Really good pizza. Compared to most ready to eat pizzas I’d take this. Just don’t burn it when you get home ?

Good pizza and the people here were very friendly & helpful.Love this place!

We have been eating and enjoying Papa Murphy’s Pizza for years. Tonight we picked up from our local Draper store and after baking our pizza we were shocked when the dough was sticking to the pan, bubbling and uneven in places. It tasted very different from the usual pizza we have been enjoying. In fact it tasted bad!I called the store and was told that the dough recipe had been changed. Bummer! This pizza is not very good and certainly doesn’t warrant the $22 price tag. So sad to see a great pizza restaurant change something that has been great since the beginning.

As a rule, I love Papa Murphy’s, but I have learned to avoid this location. It specializes in poor quality food, mistakes to your order, and features one particular employee who is rude and always seems to be angry. Tonight I mistakenly sent my online order to this location instead of the location I usually frequent. The pizza was absolutely awful. It was misshapen, overly thin in places, thick in others. The cheese was like rubber. The dough must have been missing an ingredient or two because it tasted like Play-Doh. There was very little sauce. The toppings were wrong. It was nothing like what a Papa Murphy’s pizza should be. More like Papa Murphy’s Law.While I can recommend Papa Murphy’s, I cannot recommend this location. You’re better off with a frozen pizza, or (gasp!) Little Caesar’s.

I absolutely LOVE the pizza here, but this location is EXTREMELY disappointing! We wanted to order the garlic bread wheel, and they said it was out. Then watched an online order be placed for it.Then, they COMPLETELY skimmed on the toppings and completely made this experience AWFUL! Won't be coming back to this location after spending $100 on my order

Been getting papa Murphy pizza for years. Great prices, fresh and ready quick.
