Ordered for delivery like we do every single month from this location. They didn’t bring our drink so we just called to see if they’d bring it to us. the manager was beyond rude and making every sort of excuse you could imagine. So of course we got rude back (they told us not to be nasty when we were just speaking to them exactly how they were speaking to us) and just told them straight up we either wanted our drink delivered or we wanted a refund. They bring our drink about 30 minutes later and yes how nice they gave us 2 (when we ordered 1) but they were BOTH shook so so bad we couldn’t even attempt to open them because we knew they would just explode everywhere. Worst customer service, rude employees, definitely will never bring our service back to this location.

I really enjoy Papa John’s Pizza. My favorite pizza is the pepperoni, sausage six cheese pizza which is a specialty pizza. I tried a papadias for the first time and I really loved it. Papa John’s has the best rewards program out of any of their competitors. If you are planning on ordering more than one pizza it’s worth signing up for. You can start getting free pizza in no time.
Disgusting slobber pizza. Who on earth would not only pay for this but feed it too their starving children. First and the last experience with Papa John's in Draper,UT
Horrible service. “Brendan” didn’t want to complete an order seems like because it’s close to closing and doesn’t value a credit on the account. I took it up with corporate and will have this store reprehended would not waste time here last time I ordered it was 2 hours late and cold.all I really want to say is lost business. Will never order here again
Placed an order online for an X-Large NY style pizza just like the one advertised on tv. Got a Regular Large Cheese pizza stretched out into an X-Large pizza. It wasnt even thin. Literally no different and nothing like a NY pizza. They were extremely busy and probably got lazy.
On 1/2/2022 This is my 5th attempt to call in an delivery order and each time I have been disconnected! After holding repeatedly for up to 7 minutes... not sure what's going on ( maybe lack of employees???) At least place a message on your phone!! So I can have a better understanding.Seriously! NOT OK WITH THIS! Just called again and pressed an option to speak with manager, when they picikef up, Josh immediately answered and said " Pease Hold"and placed me on hold!!! six + minutes later still holding ☹..! Please communicate on your message, so we have an uderstand...possibly employee availability, I know this is real.JOSH CAME BACK and He was not friendly per say , just matter of fact at best! Placed me on hold again, came back and took.my order. This order was a real struggle most likely for both of us.Sheila
Service was promt and friendly. They seemed understaffed but it didn't feel like it. The food was good for a fair price.
They made me wait an hour then canceled the order and refused to even answer the phone. No explanation and no food. This place lost my business.
My pizza arrived when they said it would. However it was cold. Like cold, not warm but about room temperature. I called the store and spoke with Antonio asking asking for some kind of solution. I was offered a store credit. However I am traveling. So no go on the credit. I was than told there was nothing they could do. No partial reimbursement no offer to bring a new hot pizza. Than to top it off the pizza was under cooked. Yeah not a great experience. Won't be recommending or ordering from them again. I understand employee shortages but you adjust for expectations. Maybe actually cook the pizza all the way through. They had an hour to get it right.
