They are unprofessional working. The cooker talking about unprofessional stuff, he’s trying to cuss in Spanish and they don’t know how to scoop the food and they’re mixing old food from earlier with new food very unprofessional. This panda express needs better management he was not paying attention to his people working even the cooks was doing what they want.

I’ve come to this location for years and have had many minor frustrations come up. I never felt a need to leave a review until today’s, though. I arrived at 10:50am and walked up to the front doors, catching a glimpse of someone inside on my way, to find both doors locked and the lights seemingly off. I was a bit confused so I checked the hours on the door, using their phone tree, and even their website - all of which said they opened at 10:30am. When I got through to the staff using their phone number again I was told their safe had 3 minutes left on the timer and that they would open if they could get the safe open and counted. I work in a retail setting, myself, so I get it when things don’t work right, but it feels like a constant thing with this location in particular. Despite this and having once been refused service 30 minutes before close, the only reason I didn’t give a lower rating is because the food is well made and fresh.

Check your order before you leave, no fun getting home and finding out you have no teriyaki sauce for your teriyaki chicken. Drove all the way back for it and missing the sweet and sour sauce, got a “sorry” and offer for left over chicken but a “hell no” (paraphrasing) on any kind of refund.

I generally love panda express overall this is my first time to this location my new job is right around the corner so it makes it convenient for lunch so I thought I would try it out ideally I like to drive through because it is a lot faster this location does not have one the service inside was slow even though it wasn’t that busy for a lunch rush. When I got my food I had to rush back to work for some meetings when I finally was able to eat I opened it up started to eat my rice and it tasted burnt. I mix it together come to find out the bottom was completely black which tainted the whole meal as it sat in its container for about 35 minutes before I was able to eat it needless to say I did not eat it and it was a wasted $10

The food is good, but the service is extremely slow. They never have enough food cooked, so you have to wait for what you want.

They were so kind and bent over backwards to get me some fresh chow mein which was awesome :)

Panda Express is cutting corners again. Their Beijing beef has been made into pieces about 1/5 the size of the regular pieces so they can essentially just sell you deep fried breading. It was already 67% breading and now it’s just awful. They have lost a customer and I’m sure I’m not the only one who went there for the Beijing beef nor will I be the only customer taking my business elsewhere.

Good service and food was good but not how it regularly tastes

I don 't normally like Asian food. But I really like Panda Express. Tasty food..large servings. Quick service.

I ordered my food at this Panda Express today. They gave me the wrong item. I took the plate back to them. They then proceeded to take the food directly off my plate that I was eating from and put it back into the food that they were serving to the other customers. I found this to be extremely unsanitary, especially with this whole coronavirus thing going on.The food was not very fresh this day as well. I tried to complain to the manager but she barely spoke English and told me I had to wait. Needless to say I left there very upset and will never eat at the draper location of Panda Express ever again.
