They messed up our order we didn’t ask for a refund just asked for them to correct it and they accused us of trying to change our order when what we actually wanted was cheaper. Customer is always right. Just listen and don’t be argumentative.After I left the review they brought us some rice crispy treats… so I’ll increase the rating slightly.
Ordered 12 potstickers through Uber and received them Raw! Boiled never fried! Called the store and got some kid Andrew with no customer service skills who tried to say that’s just how they come now!I’ve been ordering these for years and just got a order end of March that was not Raw!Nothing on their website saying they’ve changed the recipe or how they’re prepared in any form to alert customers they’re not getting what they paid for/expecting!Called the location in sandy & was told they indeed should’ve been fried so Andrew Lied to cover up their mistakes!$19 for raw uncooked potstickers is outrageous! He immediately went into saying nothing they can do because I used Uber which is a total cop out!This location has always had issues but after this I’m done with noodles and company period! It’s just laziness and greed!Feedback for the location on Andrew! Fire him! He is unprofessional and rude and is a big reason your company has lost my business now too!
So many noodles, very little meat and veggies. Got the Japanese pan fry noodles with steak and broccoli. But the zoodle dishes are pretty good!
I really like Noodles and have been to at least 6 or 7 locations. I have never had a better experience than we had here. We arrived with a group of 12 (majority kids). They are short staffed and had a sign requesting orders be placed online so we started placing the order. Before we got halfway through, the manager came out to us and offered to take our order directly. He was super pleasant and quick and handed out papers and crayons for all of the kids. Not only was the order done faster than I would have thought possible with only three people working in the restaurant, but they served the kids first and checked to make sure things were good and gave an extra rice crispy treat. I can't think of how they could have done better today. Thank you for good food and a wonderful time.
Draper noodles is and has been our go to location for years now, the food is always better at Draper than Sandy for some reason (less burned, correct sauce amount) but tonight was even better. I ordered a complicated order and they got it all right. Only thing was they were out of cucumbers and I really appreciated the note on the receipt letting me know of this so I knew they didn’t forget because I had asked for extra. This allowed me to run into the market on the way home for a cucumber because it’s half the reason I love that dish so much so I needed it but I didn’t mind at all. When I got home and opened up the bag I found a free rice krispy in there I assume for the lack of cucumbers, that made my whole night and made me feel so appreciated as a customer. It has been a while since I had been to a Noodles and Company. The service was excellent! The menu had changed since I was there last. I don't love the changes to the menu. But again the CV service was top notch!

Food is good if you can ever manage to obtain it. This place must be the worst company to work for in existence if they cant keep enough employees working there to ever have it open.
