This is the worst Mc Donald's I've ever been to. I generally go there around 4am. The person that always works the window is horrible to deal with. 3 times I ordered something on the McDonald's app and gave her a code. She refused to take the discount. 3 times she told me the computer was down and I couldn't order anything. The worst customer service I have ever had at any fast food restaurant. I will never visit this location again.
Girlfriend tried to pick up food for me tonight. It says open 24 hours, the car in front of her gets served, she pulls up through the drive through and no one answers. She waits for a few minutes and then pulls around to check the lobby. She goes to open the door and a worker inside sees her, draws her finger across her neck and shakes her head, and then flips her off. What the hell? It says that it’s open 24 hours, no signs or posters to indicate that the store is closed. I understand if they needed to close for an emergency, but there was no reason to be hostile towards my girlfriend for being confused. Really upset with how they handled this.
Most McDonald’s are kind, today my wife had a very unpleasant experience in the drive through. My wife had ordered her food and asked for two sauces. The employee didn’t say anything but instead only gave her one. Then when my wife asked for another sauce the employee rolled her eyes and said NO! In a very rude tone. My wife then explained that every time she goes to McDonald’s she gets two sauces without a problem. The lady then rolled her eyes and ignored my wife and left the window. The lady returns and says that her manager said my wife has to pay for an extra sauce and that she only gets one free sauce. This is complete bogus as this has never been the case. And even if this was true NEVER should you ever treat a customer like that. When do you ever think it is acceptable to say NO! And roll your eyes at a customer. Some customer service skills are needed at this location and I will be contacting upper management about this employee to get her fired. So disrespectful and rude. She was a Indian girl working the drive through on April 16, 2022.
(This review is as a dasher not a customer). Usually orders have numbers and you use the last 3 digits to identify the order but unfortunately this order didn't and the procedure is to then look at the name but the employee refused to cooperate and now my customers order has been cancelled and wasted my time over looking at a name on the screen. Would not recommend picking up from here.
This location is absolute garbage. The workers, especially the the female manager in the mornings/afternoon are straight up rude. I've been yelled at on 3 separate occasions by the female manager for something that was not my fault. If you go inside they will literally make eye contact with you and then proceed to ignore you, even if you politely let them know that you haven't been helped yet multiple times. It is unfortunate because this is the location closest to my home, but it is worth it to drive the extra 10 minutes to another location where they are actually helpful.
This happens every time I come to this particular location.As much as I enjoyed waiting almost 1 hour in the drive thru for a DoorDash order that I made $10 on, the lack of communication that the drive-thru staff provided as to why the hell a pre order took longer than orders made by customers physically present (wasn’t even ready when I got to the window) really stuck out as their main strength.I will never accept an order made here again and avoid this franchise when looking for my McDonalds fix.
Stay away from this McDonald's, unless you like to get ripped off and pay for food you do not get. Today isn't the first time this has happened at this specific location; however, today was just my last straw.I ordered a #2 for breakfast meal (let me repeat "meal") that should come with a coffee. In addition, I used an app coupon for a $.99 ice coffee. At the pickup window I had expected to get two drinks. Nope, they proceeded to tell me that I do not get a coffee and that the $.99 ice coffee was my drink. The staff argued with me at the window about not giving me my coffee and that I would have to pay for it separately. Note: I literally went to a McDonald's yesterday and used that same coupon for only a $.99 ice coffee. So they forced me to purchase my coffee separately (as I needed to get to work and didn't have time to go anywhere else, nor fight about something so cheap and simple any longer). I have a feeling (assumption) that I am not the only one fed up this this locations continued bad service and staff language barriers when things go wrong. No matter what time of morning, there is no drive through line.
ZERO stars for this horrible location. There's is always something wrong with this location, which is a shame because it's the closest one to my home. I dont even know where to start on what's wrong with this mcdonalds location. They always mess up my order or forget to place something in my bag that I did order. When you order curbside pick up, they'll yell at you throw the drive thru window the you "have to go through the drive thru" even though you've selected curb side pick up. They take at least 5 minutes to greet through the intercom in the drive thru and then when they do greet you the first thing they say is "what can I get you" in a rude tone or they'll say "cash only". Very disappointed in this location and will go to the McDonald's on 123rd. This McDonald's location really needs to get it together.
Seriously the most disappointing McDonald’s in Everbowl that I used to work there and they were all right then but I have gone there now four times in a row and each time they mess up something and forget something altogether and I pay 8 bucks for a single sandwich or something, I didn’t do anything the first few times because I figure you know mistakes happen but after the fourth time in a row I freaked out ! All I ordered was an Egg McMuffin and some hotcakes as I got to the window I asked for an extra syrup she gave me the extra syrup and I drove off realizing when I got home there was no Egg McMuffin so I paid 10 bucks for some hotcakes
