I was trying to use the Mc Donald's app to get a deal $1.00 for a large order of fries. The person at the drive thru said that their system was updating, and that i'd have to come back at 12:30 AM to get the deal. Why would a business update their system during business hours? Why not wait till after closing to do it? Myself and several other customers left the restaurant a little mad and disappointed. On top of that, the person that informed me of the problem offered no apology, and was downright rude. I have had several failed attempts to use the app at this location. Very poor training and people skills. Go somewhere else. In n out burger is just down the street. This sort of thing would never happen there.

I just left the drive thru after being refused to be served inside. They handed us half the ordered then argued that we didn’t order the rest even with a receipt. We waited 11 minutes but had to leave because we were late for an appointment. I used to drive from 10400 S because we preferred this McDonald’s compared to closer, this was such a disappointment!

I don't know what it is with this location specifically, but the staff here is always rude and the food is always cold. I would avoid this location at all cost. There's 2 other locations that are way better within 3 miles of this location and I'd highly recommend going to those locations over this one

I can understand that there may be supply issues at the moment, but this location has had both of their drink machines completely empty (blacked out) and with no ice, for the last THREE visits I have been here. If you order a drink, they have to fill it in the back. Shouldn't this be resolved by now?But the even greater question is: why do I eat at McDonald's so much? That sounds like an area I need to work on.

Thee worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. I’ll make sure I never come back to this location. The young man who was taking orders and payments this morning at around 11 was extremely rude. First off, when I pulled up to order he was cold and impatient. Then I gave him my McDonald’s app drive thru code to get a discount, it didn’t work for whatever reason, so instead of being polite and sympathizing, he just says “doesn’t work, $13.34”.

I called 4 different McDonald’s finally this one answered I asked them about their birthday party package and they said they did not offer that anymore? So naturally I ask well can you make me a tower of cheeseburgers and they hung up on me!!! This is absolutely ridiculous and I am flabbergasted the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!

Literally no joke I found a nose ring in my cheeseburger and when I went to file a complaint they hung up on me like it was fake but it was not. So I went in to talk about my complaint and they kept telling me and telling me how it’s not true but it was and I showed them proof and they kicked me out of their restaurant. Do not come here

I have never stood at the counter for so long without being helped. The employees watched us walk in, look at the menu and stand to stare at them. Took 10 damn minutes before anyone came over to take our order. No one said anything to us and they walked by us to take orders to the drive thru 3 separate times. They tried not to make eye contact so they didn’t have to come help us. Excuse me? I will wait while you fill orders before us, but really? I definitely won’t be back to this location and I would advise anyone that wants decent service to not go here. You’re paying your employees $12 an hour to avoid helping customers? Ridiculous

STALE sandwich, HARD bun, FAILED to reply to my contact request at mcdonalds.comOn November 23rd, I visited this restaurant and purchased a McRib as is my wont come McRib season. The bun was rock hard. Sandwich tasted like it had been under a heat lamp all afternoon.But that's not why I'm complaining. I contacted McDonalds online and stated this and asked that the restaurant owner contact me. That was two weeks ago. I've heard nothing.EDIT: while it took three contact attempts, I received an apology after five or six weeks.

Ordered on the app and decided to go through the drive thru (so nobody had to go outside in the cold). Waited 15 mins to just get up to the ordering screen and was told they didn’t have my order and that I needed to come inside. Went inside and who I’m assuming is the manager rudely told me she didn’t have my order. I confirmed that it was the correct location and showed that I paid. She made me re-place my order with her and rushed through it, getting it wrong and getting mad when I corrected her. I had to wait another 10 mins for my order, and when I confirmed that it was a diet soda, she assured me it was. I heard her asking for a regular soda and another of mine to get filled. When I told her what sauces I wanted, she went to get them and came back with another drink saying that one she gave me prior was wrong. Got home and went to eat my burger (with my accommodations because of allergies) and had a huge glob of ketchup on the top, but the ticket said no ketchup. Had to scrape half of my burger, the top bun and cheese into the trash. Not going back.
