This little ceasers closes early ALL the time. On weekends they are suppose to stay open until 11 pm. This is the second time I have gone there at 10:20 (40 minutes before it’s suppose to be closed) and all of the lights are turned off and the door is locked. I work In the service industry and we are not allowed to lock our doors even 1 minute early. It’s very upsetting because I had Gotten off work after a double and not too many places are open to eat drive all the way there to see the had closed early. I would Like to speak with someone in cooperate about this because something needs to be done.
If you haven’t gotten the chance to meet Hector (GM) I would go to this location alone just to meet him, he’s always got a smile on his face and always kind and nice, and not to just his customers, the way he treats his staff members definitely shows when they help you if he isn’t able to. That is why I go here everyday for lunch, not only because they’re cheap good food, but because it shows he cares about everyone he meets.A personal thank you to him and his staff for making my lunch breaks awesome to look forward to. Thank you guys!
If I could give it zero stars, I definitely would! Whoever was working today 2/19/22 needs to be fired!! I order through Little Caesars website, not door dash, they forgot 2 whole pizzas and were completely unwilling to resolve the situation. He said he would ask his manager and supposedly put her on the phone and she said there was nothing she could do and hung up on me. I tried to call back and he said he ‘was uncomfortable’ with giving me his or her name. Completely unprofessional and rude! I will never order from this location again!! All she said was I have to complain on DoorDash when I didn’t even order DoorDash, I ordered through the Little Caesars website. This location should be shut down or hire all new employees!
Say they’re open until 10pm. Came at 9:45 and I opened the door and the guy inside said they were closed. Double checked the hours, definitely supposed to be open until 10. Fortunately the Burger King next door took our orders.
Ok this pizza was honestly inedible. I’m calling tomorrow for a refund. Disgusting ???
The food is ok. But they refused to offer any assistance to me and my two young sons who were locked out of our car with our phone inside, like letting us use a phone or anything. That’s why I rate you 1 star ?
If I could give them zero stars for what they did on Saturday I would. I placed an order on doordash before 10PM for a couple of pizzas and breadsticks. We knew they closed at 11 so since we saw doordash was having a hard time finding a driver we came down to the store. 6 minutes before they close at 11PM there is a doordasher outside who has been denied the pizzas that should've already been made at this point. Their door was locked so I made them come open it so I could ask to pick up the pizzas that had been ordered an hour prior. One of their workers was pleasant and decided they could turn their ovens back on and make our pizzas but there was an older Latin gentleman who told him no. Since I am Mexican and speak Spanish I told him translating wasn't necessary that I could speak to him. This older man then proceeds to be condescending calling me "honey" and telling me that I wasn't understanding him. All I wanted was to pick up the pizzas that should have been made when we initially placed the order. He told me they shut off their ipads for doordash at 10 but wasn't understanding that they ACCEPTED the order and then refused the doordasher the pizzas. Absolutely unbelievable service all because he was in a hurry to get home. I didn't even want them to make new pizzas, I just wanted the ones that should have been made in the first place.
Pic says it all, I'm done with Lil Cesar's, guess you get what you pay for, I have one suggestion, open your pizza before you leave the location
Little Caesars is good if you’re looking for cheap, fast pizza. I’d stick to their hot’n’ready menu though. If you’re going to be custom ordering pizza I’d go elsewhere. Their pizza doesn’t reheat well at all—but I rarely like pizza leftovers. I like their pizza portal pickup. It’s nice being able to order on the app and just pick it up without having to stand in line or anything. Overall—good option for cheap, fast pizza. But you also kinda get what you pay for.
