This location sucks!!! Would definitely NOT recommend!!!

Ya not cool. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this is actually just unacceptable, and this establishment should revise their practices. Easily, single-handedly the worst pizza I have ever come across. This just isn't ok. You cant charge people for garbage, you guys. Really nothing to do about it too. I suspect its this location. Every so often I get a pizza from this location and I swear against Little Ceasar's for a while, but I live near another and at this point I think its just certain locations, like this one, that are just not run in a way that is fair to customers.

Amazing Service! We went to this location at 8:58pm, 2 min before they closed on a weekday. They were so nice! I was able to purchase everything they had left, and they even offered to cook more flavors if we wanted. So great!

There were literally only two people working, it took forever to get 1 pizza and 1 crazy bread. The lauby was full and it's so small your literally arm to arm. They got 1 chair. But the pizza was fantastic ?

This Little Ceasars location NEVER has anything hot and ready, no pep, no cheese, its literally been 20 min. for everything every time I've been in here in the past 3 months. I switched to ordering online which has worked out ok - but today I ordered online, got the email that it was ready came in and have still had to wait over 10 min. As I've been waiting multiple people have come in with wrong orders or walked away with nothing. Seriously if I'm going to wait that long for a pizza I'm going somewhere with better quality.

This was the worst pizza I have ever order I give it a zero. I ordered a extra moat best pepperoni that was probably made yesterday and left in the oven. We couldn’t even eat it without hurting our teeth. The cheese is grey it’s so old. I mean I can hold it up and it doesn’t even fall apart. Horrible I don’t recommend this place.

If I could do zero I would. I have never had this problem before. This evening at 8:07PM on a Tuesday night I put a online order for 2 regular pepperoni pizzas. I get to this location to pick up my order at 8:40PM lights are all off nobody inside, door is locked, but the open sign is on. I sat there for 20 minutes and not one person showed up. I called 5 other locations to finally get the other Draper location off off 138th south to answer their phone. A nice lady spoke to me from that location and she said just come on over to their location she had my 2 pizzas waiting for me. She didn’t have to do that but due to the lack of nobody being at their scheduled shift at this location another store had to do their job for them. Upper district management needs to get involved and take care of this issue. It is very sad to see a little Caesar’s not be readily available for their community and not be open during working hours posted on the door.

I really hate that this shop is the closest to me cause whenever I order delivery the pizza is either super hard or its old. But if I go into the store its a different story. If a pizza had been in the warmer for more than 6 minutes throw it away, why would you serve that to someone when you know you wouldn't want to try and eat that!

The service was TERRIBLE. Aman was blatantly rude. I waited an hour to pick up my order (I never did receive it by the way). I sat in the parking lot on the phone on hold for 45 minutes (no one answered). When I went inside, I tried to cancel my order and was told there’s no way to cancel or refund my money. When I held up my phone showing that I was calling for 45 minutes, they told me the Internet “was down” - yet I could clearly see my info on their caller ID. Aman refused to “deal with my attitude” and informed me that I could have my order but they would likely spit in it anyway. I’ve sent in feedback, filled out the survey online, tried calling every day since (still no one answers). I NEVER received my food yet was charged $21.89. I will NEVER support this Draper location again. The dishwasher told me that she’s the only adult in there, babysitting the “kids” because the GM refuses to stay and help past 4pm. She told me they’ve hired underage kids because they can’t even get workers to help. It was a JOKE trying to deal with this Little Cesar’s.

Order is never ready when it's supposed to be. And cashier gives you a blank look when you ask how much longer. Clearly, none of them have ever been stuck in a car with hungry, screaming children. After the last two experiences, I will just drive across town to a different place. Not worth the frustration.
