Parking is a little tight but great place to bring the family for ice cream and treats. I usually get a mud pie and it’s delicious! Staff is friendly and helpful.
My rating would be 3.5 if I could. It’s about what you’d expect but also less than what you’d expect.Their food is not great but not bad. However they do have really good cheese fries when they don’t cook them too long, which is often from my experience. The ice cream though is pretty good, but I personally still prefer cold stone’s. I think their niche is that they have lots of fun flavors and combinations you can choose from or create which is nice. The ambience is ok. The booths and tables slide around really easily, and there’s just stickers of ice cream on the wall. It is cool that you can see the creamery in the center of the restaurant, but they don’t take advantage of that and make it fun or emphasize it.Bottom line: I think this place has serious potential if they just put some more time and effort into it. Either have good food, good ice cream, or a nice memorable ambience for your customers. Give us a reason to come back more than once a year!!
You guys have some delicious ice cream and the sundaes are perfection - I’m very greedy with my sauce, toppings and all when it comes to ice cream sundaes and you exceed my expectations every time haha!!! Definitely not the healthiest choice but it feeds my cravings and my heart ??? I love the price too, you could easily charge double the price for such massive servings, but I’m glad you don’t!! ♥️ Also, your servers have been absolutely wonderful and helpful each time!!!
Oh my heavenly churros, horchata ice cream drizzled with the most delicious golden buttery caramel sauce, it's one of their new creations and what a homerun this is, best of both worlds, order some fries to dip it in and you've got a winner ? ? yummy! Anything on their ice cream menu is awesome!

A nice family friendly restaurant to enjoy ice cream. The staff is friendly, the service is fast. The sundaes are beyond your expectation! Would highly recommend.
I've heard many friends and family rave about how amazing this place is, especially the caramel sauce. I even have vague memories of it being amazing as a kid. I mean, an ice cream restaurant? What's not to love? Unfortunately, those are nothing more than childhood memories.My wife and I ate here a few years ago and were both surprised at how mediocre it was. The ice cream was flavorless and "ice crystally" and the caramel sauce was nothing special. In fact I was so surprised at how mediocre it was, I thought we had an "off night", bad batch of ice cream or something, and resolved to give it another chance.I finally made it back a couple weeks ago and my experience was exactly the same. I made it a point to order a sundae that had a good selection of flavors and even ordered caramel sauce on the side to give it another shot. My conclusion: not worth the calories. Its not bad.. it's just nothing approaching good.. You're better off going just about anywhere else.My theory on why it's so beloved and highly ranked, is that most people have happy childhood memories coming here and what they are actually tasting is childhood nostalgia, not yummy ice cream.
First time and definitely won’t be our last! Our server Audri was helpful in providing details about options so we could narrow our choices. We settled on shakes and the banana wafer dessert. We swapped out the caramel sauce for marshmallow topping due to a personal preference. Audri brought the caramel on the side because she said it was too delicious not to at least try it. She was right! It was divine. The ice cream and portions were delicious. We can’t wait to return!
We always love coming to Leatherby's Family Creamery. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They are fast, clean and provide a family friendly, lively atmosphere. The food is pretty good, but the ice cream is where they really hit the spot. They have many flavors and options, with home made hot fudge and caramel sauces. We love the Vanilla sundae with hot fudge, whipped cream, almonds and cherry (best sundae around!) and the cake batter shake!
Homemade ice cream with bountiful servings. Ice cream is amazing. Place gets super busy on the weekends. Kind of expensive.
