This location doesn’t live up to the reputation I thought it would when I saw all these negative comments. I was worried but when I got there the employees were friendly and they were fast despite being short staffed. I’m pretty sure the majority of the negative reviews are from straight up Karen’s.

We ordered online. Lobby is closed so wrote had to drive thru. Told them we were picking up an online order. Got to the window and it wasn't ready. Sat at the window for 14 minutes waiting for them to put it all together. So the App said pick up at 5:55 and we finally got our food after sitting in the drive thru at 6:20. We will NOT be back. Why was it not ready to go?

Pulled up and tried to go inside as instructed by signs for mobile order. Doors locked. Called but no answer. Finally pulled through the drive through and someone answered right away and asked me to pull up to the window. I did that and they said they’d just started cooking my food (despite there being no one else there and me having placed the order 10 minutes earlier). Asked me to pull up to the pick up stalls out front that I had just been to and then made me wait 15 more minutes to get my food.Don’t go here. KFC needs to fire the manager of this place or shut it down. The worst run fast food place I’ve ever been to, and the reviews all tell that same story.

I’m never coming here again. This is not the first or even second time with issues.I placed a mobile order. The app said my food would be ready at 6:12. I didn’t arrive until 6:20 because of traffic. The app instructions said to park in a Quick Pick Up spot and go inside the restaurant, grab my food, and head out.I pulled into a spot. The signs there say in TWO places that mobile orders should go pick up the food inside. I got out of my car and headed in except the doors were locked. There was no sign on the door or the Quick Pick Up spots saying the lobby was closed.I phoned the restaurant and was told to go through the drive thru, even to pick up a mobile order. I headed through the drive thru and when I got to the window I was told they were just putting the pot pies in to bake and it would be another six minutes, and to go park in the Quick Pick Up spot #1.I expressed frustration and asked if i could just get a refund and was told I’d have to call the KFC hotline. Seriously? I was so over it by this point that I just told them how I felt, suggested they could at least put out a piece of paper saying the lobby is closed, and pulled around to wait.1. If you’re so short staffed that having the lobby open is a safety issue as I was told, at least respect your customers enough to tape up even just a handwritten sign saying the lobby is closed and to go through the drive thru.2. Have the food ready to go when the app says it will be.3. Don’t wait for your customers to call before letting them know how to get what they’ve ALREADY PAID FOR. Be proactive.4. Apologize for the confusion and the poor customer service. You’ve lost this customer forever. I have no regrets.

Look i understand visiting a fast food establishment already lessens your chances of having a reasonable experience. But there’s got to be a floor of what you can expect. I’ve tried dashing food and visiting this location of KFC on multiple occasions. Not one time has it been pleasant.. My most recent experience took place Monday at 6:30 pm. This particular restaurant doesn’t close until 8:00pm. I ordered two bowls (pop chicken with mash and gravy) simple enough no? Wrong. I got to the window and the boy with 5% visibility (hair completely covering the other 95% of his face) decided to remind me that if I was going to proceed with my order I would be looking at a 20+ minute wait for them to get the fryer back up and running. This was due to the fact that they had started cleaning 2 hours before close… What is a KFC without a functional fryer?? A beverage stop? Why would someone choose to clean the equipment 2 hours before close at the peak of dinner hours…. Absolutely baffling. Please take this heartfelt review as a sign to just pick somewhere else… Not worth the disappointment. GGs.

Draper Utah KFC This is the worst KFC I have been to in my life. Ordered a kids hamburger and wanted a pot pie. They didn’t have pot pies so I ordered a chicken breast meal With a Pepsi. I wanted a shake but their shake machine was not working. When I got home they gave me a double cheese burger and the chicken tasted like it was cooked yesterday. It was so dry. The potatoes had very little gravy on it and tasted old. This location should just shut down if it serves crap like this.

Did a GrubHub order #91604 ordered a 10 piece feast . Not only was the chicken dry there was only 4 edible pieces in the whole bucket. They got the order wrong and forgot a side and gave us some random side. The chicken was 90 percent legs. If you are trying to feed a family and want fresh food steer clear of this place . This place is only good for dried chicken, wrong orders and old food . It has happened 2 previous time before I was hoping 3rd time is a charm. Let's see if they truly care about customers and try to rectify this situation.

The lobby was closed the covid but they allowed my handicapped father and I too use a table inside anyway. Very nice of them. Thank you.

Edited:1. This drive through is constantly closed. And when it is open it is extremely overgrown with plants. As I was driving around the building to check the drive through I could see the lone worker inside watching me through the windows. When I do get food from thos location it is usually lackluster.Soggy chicken, over cooked mac n cheese.Tiny serving of gravy. Thanks for keeping me away from your garbage store by keeping the drive through closed during rush hours.Edit: 2. google asked me to update my review as I've returned to this location today. And I stand by my original review.Yes they are now open, and they trimmed up the drove through. Someone is obviously paying attention to reviews....But I was served horribly BURNT chicken with my famous bowl. They were again out of the pot pies, and i was parked with literally a side order of mac n cheese and a famous bowl.If this location cant deal with a customer ordering one of the easiest menu items they have, without parking them... then this place needs some serious management changes.I again wont be returning for another 5 months.

Came in at 6 ish tonight. The driveway was blocked off but the doors were both propped open with wet floor signs so I went inside, it was obvious the lobby wasn't open so I tried calling to someone from the front of the store to see if they were open.. Noticed a supervisor hanging out in the office on his phone, door open (not sure how he didn't hear me yelling..) and finally after two more customers entered the store we finally got the attention of a couple of cooks, they informed us they closed the drive through to having ran out of chicken and they didn't want to tell people no... They told us to give them 10-15 minutes to make more chicken. Waited 13 minutes to be told they still were out of chicken ? Pretty sure they just decided to close early..Highly unimpressed with this location.
