I've ordered from here several times and every time they get something wrong. I call and talk to the employees but no one cares and they never make it right. I don't understand when they have written instructions (online order) how they always get it wrong but what's more upsetting is how little they care about messing up your order. I've paid for things that they've not delivered and they've promised to bring it over, they never do. I do not recommend this place at all and I've always been very fair about places on my reviews.
I have a couple of standard orders at Jimmy John's. Number 14 on wheat is one of them. The sandwich was ok, but was pretty soggy in the 5 minutes it took to get to my daughters house.
Zach, Sam and Patrick helped me today.Zach was very personable :0 Made me feel welcome and asked me about my day. I appreciated that.And Sam just. So fast. I didn't even finish ordering and she had my giant sandwich already finished.To my dismay there is no tip jar. That's my one complaint. So if y'all could get a tip jar that'd be great.
I cannot express how poorly run this store is. There was a kid literally in ceiling, goofing off and GROWLING at me and other customers.The other workers just let him allow it. Will never come to this store again due to safety and health issues here.
We order often from this location for work lunches. We can almost always expect good food delivered fast. They've messed up the order a couple times but always made it right.

I was there for 10 minutes and they were hiding the entire time. The other workers just let him allow it, especially the female worker. Will never come to this store again due to safety and health issues here. Truly makes me wonder if he stepped on serving counters with his shoes to get up there.
Don't order unless you're willing to wait at least an hour. Delivery is NOT fast.
Jimmy John's is normally a family favorite. However this location was rather slow despite having 6 people working. For some reason they placed my order on the take out shelf while I was standing there waiting and didn't notify us that it was complete (I only figured it out when I went over and looked at the order). And they got the order wrong. However I was on the road and dealing with traffic when I noticed, so I didn't get a chance to go back and correct it.
Got the beach sub and spilt with my mom. They were nice enough to wrap the two pieces separately and needed sure mine didn't have cheese. Also, despite the fact that it was fairly busy I got my sandwich pretty quickly
They were so helpful. The woman helping me (blue hair, forgot the name) literally gave me a box and cut slits for the drinks to stay in place when I asked if i could get a to go box. It’s about the people here, and that’s my favorite part of this place.
