My husband and I go here almost every month for date night and it is almost always a perfect experience. This last time they had a new cook and he messed up our order pretty bad, but the waiter took care of it and was super polite and helpful.
This isn't the best restaurant, but as far as IHOP's go, it's ok. The waitress brought out half the order "because she grabbed what was ready" which is what restaurants often do, but not half of one person's order... She said my son's mac & cheese "was still cooking" like it takes so long that a burger was ready before it was... she just forgot... just admit it, no excuses needed. Decent restaurant, I guess, but the one on State Street near 11400 South is better.
Can’t go wrong with some good ole fashioned chicken fried steak and eggs.Waited no more then 10 min for my food after ordering. Staff was nice food was superb.
Amazing! The food, the crew, the space. I love that is clean and the crew takes good care of you. You know I have to try the French toast. Highly recommend.
This location (although relatively close to the state street location) is always so much more peaceful and significantly less of a wait than the other. Always kind staff and usually very speedy
If I could give zero stars I would. My parents went there for a birthday breakfast and the waitress was extremely disrespectful to who senior citizens . Added things to their check that they didn’t order and then yelled at them when they asked about it. WARNING do not let older people go there, they do NOT treat them well!
Food was as good as it ever is, meaning average, but that's fine because I knew that going in. Service was frustrating because they had just one person doing every job except cooking. Not her fault. She did a great job considering, but it was just too much and too slow.
I'm giving 2 stars because the food was the best part of my experience. Particularly the hashbrowns, sausage and my husband's omelete. Everything else however, made me not want to return. We waited for close to over an hour for our food and our drinks were never refilled in that time. The table next to us told us they were there for over an hour and never got a refill on their coffee. The table behind us got their drinks the same time as us but got their food and paid before our food even came out. We literally only saw our waiter like 3 times the entire time we were there. A couple came and sat down close to us about a half hour after we were seated and were leaving the same time we were. When our order finally came, part of mine was wrong. They did replace it really fast though. When our waiter came over with our check, we had to ask for him to refill our drinks even though they were completely empty and right in front of his face. All in all, a pretty horrible experience and I don't think my husband and I will be returning.

Food was okay but cheap. From the time I ordered until food was at the table was pretty quick. Their menu has really shrunk in the past couple of years.
