This was my first introduction to this place.They don’t freeze any of their fish and they pride themselves on that. The fact that all their fish was flown in a day after being caught was amazing, it might increase the cost, but was good! The fresh tuna and fresh salmon right off the cutting board was delightful!The cilantro sauce was incredible too!I ate two bowls. The spicy tuna was incredible and my second I did “made-my-own”, which was also good, even though I didn’t follow any specific recipe.
If your looking for poke, this is the place to go! Super friendly staff. Comfortable atmosphere, feels like going to see a friend. Food is fresh and always delicious. The portions are perfect and the flavor water they have is always delicious. Definitely my go to place
Since we went to Hawaii last summer our kids have been begging for more poke . Our whole family fell in love with poke and we have been searching for a good place in Utah ever since. So I was stoked to find this restaurant . I was very pleased with our experience . All I can say is DELICIOUS in all CAPS . Once we ordered, we got our food within 5minutes. It came out so fast ?I’ll start off with the presentation of the bowls is incredible, it’s look so beautiful and taste just as great.My wife’s favorite bowl was the “Mango Tango “ she devoured it ? I can’t decide what my favorite one is because I love them all but I would have to say the “Hungry Warrior Bowl “. Although I loved The “Spicy Tuna” poke marinate mix it was ON POINT !You can really taste the high quality and fresh ingredients. We will definitely be frequent fliers to this spot .We met the owner Nate, he’s such a cool guy. He’s very friendly and he even told us all about his story and what they offer. ?? I liked what FreshFin Poke had to offer. Their food was made fresh and offered at a reasonable price.I ordered a Curry Shrimp bowl. The only complaint - they served the dish with cold shrimp, which was how it should have been served. I just did not care for it that way. With that said, I still had a good experience. The staff was friendly and the ambiance of the restaurant was great. Overall, I had a good experience.
This place is awesome. One of my favs. I have had a couple different dishes. One of the best imo is curry coconut with shrimp… very disappointed with shrimp serving. 10 very small pieces of shrimp. Taste and flavor are very good though. Not sure why they don’t have whole shrimp included or offer whole shrimp vs shrimp pieces.
Good environment, nice decor, good eating experience, but it looks like the place is over due for a cleaning.Customer service is good
I’ve been here twice now- super fresh and delicious both times. The spicy tuna bowl and rainbow bowl are my favorites. The staff is very friendly too. I had a bad experience and big eye poke and would highly recommend fresh fin over them!
So tasty! I always get a regular bowl and add extra protein. My bowl was made with so much extra toppings, it was delicious. If you like poke, I recommend trying fresh gin! They do poke justice.
I was greeted warmly and given great recommendations on what to order. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was clean and modern. Definitely recommend.
Great place for fresh poke bowls! I got the northern bowl. Nice and spicy
