The good: Pretty good burgers - expect thin patties. I love the shoestring fries, the jalapeno fry sauce, and the frozen custard.The not so good: The price is a little hard to swallow. Three small combos - with smallest burgers on the menu, with three mini sundaes was $47. We spend that at a full service sit down restaurant. So for a messy fast food restaurant we just can't justify it often.
Freddy’s is a great option for people who are follow a low carb lifestyle — we went yesterday for a fast burger lunch while running errands, and I was so impressed with the taste of their steak burgers. I got mine lettuce-wrapped with jalapeños and it came to us almost like a burger-burrito which made it super convenient to eat on the go.I also tried a piece of the fried cheese curds - so good! We’ll be coming back!
A/C is turned down way too cold.I've been a handful of times and it's always way too cold, and I'm a dude. The car temp said it was 64° outside and it was colder than that inside. We could overhear other patrons complaining about the cold. I get that the kitchen staff is probably warmer but that is why you have separate zones so you don't freeze your customers out.The frozen custard is yummy silky smooth ?
Beware, the food here is ADDICTING. They make the patties for the burgers super thin so they are also really crispy. This way you can get a burger with not so much burger in it (a single patty) or you can double or triple up the patties if you're a more meaty person. The custard is also WAY good and there's so many different flavor combinations you can do.
My favorite burger place ever....but they lose a star for making you pay for water.So I love everything about them. From the red and white old school burger joint styled furniture and fixtures. The place has a history to it and it shows it off.Their main attraction is the fabulous steak burgers, with the crispy steak edges and tangy mustard.Their custard is fabulous with my favorite being the dirt and worms (Oreo and gummi worms, I suggest adding peanut butter on top of that. Yes I know I have a problem.Their shoestring fries are great to dip in thier sweet and spicy signature jalapeno fry sauce.Even in the restrooms it's pleasant with it's maraschino cherry scented urinal cake.The one blight on this otherwise perfect establishment is that there's no water cups. I'm shocked they make you pay full price for water.
Asked for a chili cheese dog with NO onions and an order of cheese fries. What I got was an order of chili cheese FRIES that was loaded with onions and an order of cheese fries very little cheese on them.
Great place for burgers, they keep it simple and are very good!!! Fries are very small but I like them better than normal fries. Fry sauce is the best here.
Delicious burgers and fries but you got to try the dawgs! ? with fries to complement.
Good food and great service. Manager was very sensitive to dietary restrictions for our family, and even made us feel comfortable and gave us a complementary ice cream w/I contact to peanuts. Highly recommend!
So crispy fries and delicious shakes, staff was very friendly!
