Ordered a Grand burrito online last Friday and found a piece of a blue glove in it. I called the restaurant 4 times with no answer, left a VM never heard back (it’s Tuesday now), found an email for someone at the headquarters and emailed them on Friday as well. No answer back. This is crazy. I’m beyond grossed out and frustrated. This is unacceptable.
I wanted to go somewhere with my husband to have good food and GOOD coffee I chose to go To Even Stevens because of past good experiences, but I was so DISAPPOINTED this time!The food was ok, but the coffee… the coffee was tea, it was so watered down you could see through it. I asked one of the guys if they could make another small more concentrated batch, he said “no, because thats how the beans we order are.” Obviously he knows nothing about coffee, because I didn’t say the coffee tasted bad, it had nothing to do with the beans, but how it was made. All he could have done was make another batch with less water. Mind you i could have gone anywhere else for coffee and a sandwich…Let’s just say they lost a customer. ✌?
Used to love this restaurant and was here at the grand opening. This place had gone DOWNHILL!! There was a long black hair in my breakfast sandwich that was made into the cheese. Disgusting!! The tater tots tasted stale. The drink machine had most of the selection out of order, they offer coffee but no coffee cups just plastic water cups…..wouldn’t that melt? Was I supposed to bring my own coffee cup? Won’t be coming here again, looks like we will be going to Sweet Lake a-crossed the street.
I like what I tried but the portions are very small. Inthinknit is a little pricey for whatvyou get. Service eas ok, but not going back.
Even Stevens is probably one of my top three most visited establishments. I always order one of three things: the breakfast sandwich with sausage and a medium egg, the breakfast burrito, or the JP grilled cheese. The tots are on point too, and the kids love the mac n cheese. Win win win.
I had a tukey sandwich with honey mustard, avocado etc. The bread was phenomenal and the sandwich was outstanding. They were busy with it being a Friday night but still very attentive to our needs. Definitely recommend it to try out 100%.

I was looking for a good breakfast burrito and had seen good things about Even Stevens, so I decided to drive a little bit out of my way to try it. I got to the location a little before their opening time of 9:00 AM, so I waited. I had seen employees inside, but no one ever unlocked the door. I stood outside the door until 9:20 with the employees ignoring me, as well as ignoring the store’s phone that I had tried to call. I would understand if maybe the opening prep had taken longer, someone showed up late, etc. But it was odd to be just totally ignored. Willing to update the review after trying the food, but may take a while as the restaurant is far away from where I live.10/15/21
Delicious sandwiches. I’d recommend the Turkey Day, but the pot roast dip is also sublime.
Please, please update your DoorDash so that you can request gluten free bread. I always have to call in to get the bread changed which usually isn't a big deal, but today I couldn't get anyone to pick up the phone. I called six times and couldn't reach anyone before my food was made and on the way. Can't eat the sandwich which is a massive bummer because it is one of my favorite gluten free sandwiches. Please fix your DoorDash options!
