I’ve visited Dutch Brothers in other states, but this was my first time in Draper. I ordered a sugar free Kicker and it was amazing. I’m not sure that I need to ever change my drink order! It was busy, but they did a great job getting everyone through in a timely manner. Both employees I talk to were kind and helpful too. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you!
I LOVE Dutch... But holy moly guys this is the slowest Dutch I've ever been to.My last Dutch trip I helped push a Tahoe that was broken down in the drive thru and I still got my coffee faster then this one.
I really enjoy my coffee and drinks I get from here. The service is friendly, and I enjoy the music while waiting.Only thing I wish Dutch Bros would incorporate is a Gluten Free pastry or something!
This place is always very slow. A line with 5 cars takes 20 mins to get through. Other local Dutch bros that are less convenient to drive to are still faster than the Draper Dutch bros. I always think it’s going to be better but don’t think that I’m coming here anymore.
I loved the choices that I've had before and can't wait to try more options, haven't had a negative experience yet. Their customer interactions are great.
Not the best experience here. Both my wife and I are broistas in another Dutch Bro’s in Idaho. As we came through the line the runner experience was ok then we got up to the window the broistas forgot ingredients in our drinks and one of the broistas on bar 1 was on their phone while there was about 10-12 cars in line. The Dutch Bro’s culture was not held up at this stand and I’m not sure if I’ll come back. Pretty disappointed here.
Affordable drinks for the size, and lots of flavor varieties and customization available. It takes a little while to get through the drive through, but they have been quick when I've gone (10-20 mins). Plus the staff is all really friendly and fun to interact with. Always an enjoyable experience at Dutch Bros!!
Ordered a medium chai latte iced. Literally had a minimum amount of liquid in it given with a FULL CUP OF ICE. Won’t be coming here again for sure.
I love dutch bros but their service isn’t the best. I sat outside waiting in the cold for 30 minutes despite people that ordered after me, getting their order before me. I only ordered one drink so i’m not understanding why mine took so long. I think at one point they had it made but someone gave it to another customer in the drive thru (i was at the walk up) because i heard a girl say “wait that’s for walk up” and someone replied “oh that’s too late”. But then i continued to sit there for 15 minutes and nobody remade it until I said something. I understand they were busy but that doesn’t mean they should give my order to someone else and make me wait especially in 20 degree weather. Very frustrating.
