While the Draper CV has historically been a good one, it seems to be slipping. The rice had about 3x too much cilantro, overwhelming my burrito. In addition, the sweet pork was dry and tough.The service today wasn’t great, when I went in to pick up my online order, a worker asked for my name and checked the orders waiting on the rack. He told me it wasn’t ready. I waited 5 minutes, when the cashier asked me my name and pulled my order which had been sitting there all along. I don’t know why they won’t allow people to just check and pickup themselves.
Times visited: 3+This is a good Costa Vida location. The staff are helpful, it's usually pretty clean on the inside, and the food quality hits the usual mark that it should, for being a chain establishment.The last time I visited, I felt really bad for the staff! It's very clear that they need some more help around the kitchen during rush hour. Seemed like everyone was doing multiple jobs, scurrying around, you could feel the stress in the air. My chicken was definitely burnt on my salad and it took a long time to move through the line. I think it has something to do with the mobile app too. Maybe they're just getting too many orders at once? Feel bad for the staff. Hope they get more help soon!
I made an online order for pickup during a lunch rush and they were PACKED in here, and every single employee was hustling. It did take a bit long for my order to come out, but the cashier at the front was very sweet and apologetic despite being so overwhelmed. She was juggling the online orders as well as getting the people in line checked out, but she was on top of everything. The employees here are awesome. I would not have kept my cool as well as they all did ? 10/10 I'm very impressed.
Not good! No flavor at all.. not enough food! I ordered a baja bowl I would be embarrassed to give someone that small amount of food. Half a scoop of rice, four pieces of chicken it was so dry and over cooked tasted like cardboard!! I used to love this place, now it’s terrible! Also the lady that was serving us, terrible attitude.. I asked for extra lettuce she was mad about it, rolling her eyes like she’s paying for my food!
This place had about 200 Friday night guests with tons more getting to-go orders. I still felt things went smoothly. Took a little more time to get through the line but with the app rewards program, I got 2/3 of my order converted
I hit this location of Costa Vida up at 1pm on a Monday. Wasn't very crowded and the ordering process only took about 7 minutes. This location was clean, and efficient. I would return to this location. Great food at a great price.
Excellent food and usually excellent service. The person at order pick up insisted that 2 of these 32oz cups was equivalent to one gallon. I paid for one gallon. I went ahead and just asked the person at the register for 2 more cups and as I was filling them up the first person came up and told me basically that I could only have 2 cups and go ahead and keep the third one I was filling up (as a condescending courtesy was my impression). She made me feel like I was doing something wrong (ie STEALING) but my math is correct. I didn't argue. Not to be George Costanza about this but 4x32 fluid ounces equals one gallon. If the employees will police customers at the drink station please get your math straight. Not coming back here. And it's not about the lousy 4 dollars.
You guys! This costa was amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed, and the Food is truly some of our favorite! Perfect for a night in with takeout, or a night out with friends!
I have got lunch from here a couple of times. The location is convenient and the employees are always @CostaVidaFreshMex #localfluence, #gifted, #CostaVida, #BajaFresh, #FastCasual, #FreshIngredients.
The service here is great. They are quick, and professional. Kinda like cafe rio used to be. The place is well kept, and everyone was working full speed. It’s nice to see that the pandemic hasn’t ruined the experience. I’ll be back! Oh and the food is top notch. I’ve had everything here, it’s all really good.
