This place is absolutely disgusting! It smells like puke, I don’t know if it is crazy old ice cream spilled on the floor or what, but it is awful! The tables and floors were dirty despite the location not being busy. The employees looked grungy and unhygienic, and disappeared halfway through our ordering. The door and above the door is covered in a huge layer of dust and grime that is disgusting.
The girls that worked their were super nice!Unfortunately the establishment smelled like garbage and was the dirtiest place I’ve been to in a long time. I can’t believe it would pass inspection and be able to stay in business. We love Cold Stone but will take note not to come back to this particular one.
Go to a different location!! This place smells so foul. It smells like sewage. It’s been like this for over a year and they aren’t fixing it. It can’t be good for the workers to be smelling this. Also the ice cream is melted.. so you’re eating basically soup. I would avoid this place. It’s super disappointing.
I just left and they were so kind! They told me how old I have to be to apply and how much they make! Also the ice cream was excellent. A woman working there was so happy and joyful it made me feel very happy inside. I rate 5/5 would come again!
I went to three stores late at night looking for food and fun. I was disappointed at the other places as their hours changed and weren't updated online or didn't have what they said they did. But cold stone never disappoints. The staff seemed happy and they had the Halloween ice cream in stock. They even answered the phone when we called ahead.
It smelled really bad here (sewer problem??), and the ice-cream was like, kinda soupy. Idk if it was a bad day but this location has far lower standards than others.
My friends ice cream was completely melted when they put it in the cup!!!! Mine had barely any toppings at all, I wouldn’t recommend because it’s kinda pricey for not awesome product. Also my stomach hurt like crazy after.
Love the cotton candy ice cream but the flashing lights give me a migraine every time. I can't go in there. Try the one on 94th and State.Sorry Cold Stone. I love you but I just can't.
UPDATEDI ordered 2 Everybody’s through online delivery and just received 2 Love It’s at my front door. When I called them and asked if I could get a refund the guy said “I don’t know what to tell you I don’t know how to do that”I don’t usually like to be negative, but wow I am so upset about this. C’mon Cold stone.Update: This was a one star review because of that kid who didn’t even try to help me last night, but bless Ciara (I hope I spelled that right) for making me feel understood and gave me a gift card for my incorrect order, you made this so much better thank you!! It’s good to know there are still nice people in the world willing to help a girl out with her ice cream obsession.
Went in to the Draper location tonight and they had a line out the door. First off they had 4 people helping then 5 minutes later all of them are gone but one whole there is still a line out the door. One employee took a gotta have it and gave it to his friends without charging them and then disappeared. Don’t know what was wrong with the temperature in the store but it was hotter then heck and you could tell the ice cream was melting when they put it in the bowls. Then when we finally were able to order our ice cream my wife had to tell the employee more then once what she wanted and when the employee started making it she added peanuts and what she ordered doesn’t have peanuts in it. I didn’t feel that the customer service was there at all. Will never go there again. Leatherbys is far better.
