If you know me, you know i eat chick-fil-a every single day. some days it’s once a day, sometimes it’s twice a day. as early as 6:30 am or as late as 9:45pm. but draper chick-fil-a i have one question WHY… JUST WHY DO YOU CLOSE AT 9 pm :( this is the worst ending to my day. thinking you were open til 10 :((( STAY OPEN TIL 10 pm please!!!!! i promise it’s worth it. and it will make me a happy girl :)))) i can’t even give a bad review because i literally live on chick-fil-a. but i really wish instead of writing this review, i was eating my delicious juicy chikfila.
Good bunch of kids that work there
Got cold soggy fries. Also one of our orders was completely wrong. Didn't notice wrong items until we got home. Was not about to drive another 30 minutes round trip to fix this and didn't have the time to do that anyways. Basically paid more for an item we didn't recieve and got a cheaper item in place. Just fed the wrong order to the dogs and called it a night. Won't be back again.
This location is not as busy as some other Chick-fil-A's, that they are very organized helpful, and patient. The food quality is always excellent, and the service is also excellent. The food isn't cheap here, in fact rather expensive for fast food,
Ordered ahead. Seamless pickup. Ordered kids chicken strips and fresh fruit. Excellent quality as always. My kid loves it and chick-fil-a is his favorite place.
THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE MOST RUDE, AWFUL chick fil a I have ever in my whole life been to.The staff is nasty whoever takes the drive through order the manager refused to fix something that Chick-fil-A got wrong on my order!! I mean awful!!!!! If I could give no stars I would.
I don’t know if this location got all new employees or what, but they seem to miss things on my order every single time! Even after paying extra for certain things, they still forget!!
Solid meal. The price is a little more steep than I’m willing to pay most of the time. The points on their app is a must! The lines are always bad too. I’m not just talking about this location. Every Chick-fil-A between 1:00 and 4:00 expect to wait for a bit.
A+ except on the new shake scandal. One size at the large price? If you are going to make the one size a small, then charge less....or better yet, go back to the large size. A shot glass of ice cream in Utah doesnt make sense.
Great food and service as always. The lady in the picture was giving great customer service by taking her own initiative to help everyone before anybody even asked her for help
