For starters I ordered on the app selected pick up inside. Lobby was closed. I had to walk through drive-through because my truck and trailer would not make it through. My onion rings were old and my big king only had one patty on it. I wish they'd find a way to tell the app that the Lobby is closed I would have chosen somewhere else
Burger King can be hit or miss. But this was fast hot fresh and the order was 100% correct. We got the two for $6 deal and when two adults can eat for under $10 and it actually tastes good it's a miracle. Helpful staff as well.
I never come here but had to when the little Caesar’s next door wouldn’t let us in 15 minutes before But these guys took my order at 9:55 ?? super good attitudes. Very nice and friendly. Saved the night with hungry kids.
I’m giving 1 because I got there at 715am on 2/8 and sat in the drive through for 10 min with no one saying anything! I understand the note they have on the drive through window “the world is shot staffed, so be kind the the ones that showed up). But did anyone show up today??
I went through the drive threw to get a chicken sandwich. Got home and the whole thing was burnt. Literally was black and like a rock. Have called numerous times but can't get an answer. Don't understand why they would even consider giving that to a customer. Will never go back there.
I appreciate this location being open past 10 pm, it's one of the only ones around that still is, especially on weeknights. I went late one night last week and ordered the 2 for $6 with an Italian chicken sandwich and chicken fries. The Italian chicken sandwich didn't appear to be on the menu board anymore, but there was a handwritten sign saying it was still available. They confirmed the order before I pulled up to the window. The employees were very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, the food was not so great. I didn't check the order, and when I got home, it was an original chicken sandwich, which was bland and dry. Not the saucy, cheesy chicken sandwich I was craving. And the chicken fries were also pretty dry and tough. They had said they had just made them fresh, and apologized for the wait. If that's what fresh chicken fries taste like I won't be ordering them again. The food and the order mix-up were a two-star experience ⭐️⭐️ but the employees were too nice to not give an extra star.
not only were their broilers down (so no hamburgers) got chicken sandwhiches (overcooked and disgusting) - you guys got to hire people who can better understand english (if you're going to work in customer service your english should be fluent), person was friendly but communication skills are a must. We won't be returning.
Nobody there at opening time. Several day I have gone to the drive-thru, after 6, and received no service at all. Beans and Brews next door with great breakfast options, and they are open.
