We ordered thru Doordash three items from the Market Fresh menu in addition to three apple turnovers. The sandwiches arrived but the turnovers didn't. We called the store and spoke to the manager who stated they ran out of both the apple and cherry. We then asked for a refund but she refused too give one. Next we reached out to Arby's Care but no response. So it is bye bye Arby's!
I like Arby's, always have. The food is generally decent but today wasn't one of those days. I got a beef n cheddar and there was about a teaspoon of cheddar sauce on it. Also the girl at the drivethrough window wasn't very friendly this time. She asked me a question then turned around and went behind the wall as I was answering. Maybe she was having a bad day but who knows. I also asked for extra Arby's sauce for our several sandwiches and only got 3, not even one per item
Every time I order any Roast Beef sandwich with cheddar sauce from this location, the sandwich never has the cheddar sauce. I have kept going back because I like Arby's but it never fails to disappoint. It is the last time coming here since the workers don't know how to make the orders correct.
I hadn't been to this location in 3-4 years even though it is the closest one to my home because I always get cold fries. I gave them another try tonight and I received the exact same thing........stone cold fries. Two stars because I knew better, lol. At least the chicken sandwich was edible...luke warm.
I was treated horribly by an employee.. I ordered Mozzarella sticks and asked if it came with Marinara sauce or do I need to buy it, they confirmed it would be in my bag and they told me it would take a minute to cook and to drive around. Ten minutes later a girl walked out and Give me my food when I looked in my bag there is no marinara sauce. I told her they forgot the sauce and she said "if you really want it you'll have to go try the drive thru" I said I just came from there AND I made sure to confirm it would be in the bag. Her reply was, "we're busy, if you want it, go try the drive thru"!In these times it's more important than ever to just show kindness and respect! But over my dead body will I ever go and pay money in a place that treats customers that way....
Showed up around 7:50pm. Online (updated 5 days ago) hours showed open until 10pm. Drive thru was blocked by a marketing sign with no notes saying closed early etc. This is the second time we have tried Arbys where we have been met by incorrect posted hours and no signage. I understand staff shortages but there needs to be better communication to a would be customer.
Sandwiches are so good and delicious ice cream, clean environment!
I've always liked coming to this Arby's! The staff always works hard at getting out orders fast!
Expensive, for what it is. The curly fries are almost always good, but you can get more food for half the price from competitors. Staff was friendly and efficient at this location.
While waiting six minutes for my fish sandwich to cook in the handicap spot they told me to park in. I saw eight people try the door to dine in and eat. Granted one was a van with four army reserves in it. Regardless it might be time to open up the dining room again guys.
