Good food (When you get what you ask for) but poor service. I went through the drive through. I ordered a Greek salad with added chicken, and a double cheeseburger with French fries. Got home to eat and there was no chicken in my salad. Checked my receipt to make sure the chicken was added on it and it was. Also, they didn't give me the sauce I asked for. I didn't want to drive all the way back so I just dealt with it. I think fast food service has gone down the drain lately. I've had stuff happen like this way too often in the past year.
I loved Apollo and usually their service is great but this location is super disappointing. Literally every single time I’ve come here (because I live close) I ask for extra well done & I always get a super pink burger. Super disappointing for the price of a meal. I get a few bites in & can’t eat it anymore. There is no way that’s cooked to state standard of 165 degrees.
Wow …had a Wonderful lunch. Had the Apollo Burger Combo with Onion Rings. Fantastic pastrami on my burger with melted cheese. Topped with lettuce tomatoes and special sauce. Onion Rings are the best, nice crunch with tender onions. French Fries came hot and crunchy. Just the way the should. Everything is made to order so it comes fresh. We easy to see from the street with easy access.
Terrible experience at this Apollo Burger… I asked if they could use the Vegan patty on the mushroom burger… after waiting in line at the drive thru for 10 minutes, I drove home to discover not only had they wrapped the thing in lettuce and left off the bun for some reason, but I also bit into a piece of cardboard… maybe they confused it for a mushroom while cooking?!Will not be back…
We arrived at 5:50 and placed our order. At the time there were only two tables that had people sitting in them and two small groups ordering in front of us. We placed our order (family of four) around 5:55 and took our number to our seats. After 15 minutes I started noticing that people coming in and ordering after us were getting their orders. I started watching closer and after several more groups got their orders I tried to ask one of the employees about our order. She just shrugged me off, didn’t respond or acknowledge me and moved on to the next order. Several other patrons even apologized to me when their orders came up knowing we had been waiting so long. Finally at 6:35 they called our number, the food was ready, the shakes were missing. I asked when the ice cream would be ready, to which I got a very snarky “they’re coming”. 3-4 minutes later the shakes were pushed at me over the counter. No apology for the crazy long delay. No “thanks for your patience”. The food was pretty good. The service has made it so that we will never come back again.
Stopped in while out looking for something to eat. Ended up far from home because it was the only location around. Other locations are great this one was absolutely horrible. The girl taking the order was extremely pushy and rude "anything else?" 500x! Wasn't listening at all. Everything and I mean everything, was wrong. Paid $2 for ranch and didn't get a single one. The fries were uncooked and fell apart. I just had surgery on my mouth and can't have onions or anything and of course everything had all the toppings and the bread was wrong. Spent $50 on food for none of it to be edible. Between the horrible customer service and the horrible food I would say steer clear of this location! I could understand the attitude if they were busy but it was me and one other truck that's it. The staff need to find a different job if they can't handle flipping burgers and punching an order in.
I almost always get the same thing. Greek salad with broiled chicken. It’s delicious and so filling. The service is excellent. And the price is great, especially for first responders who get a discount when in uniform.
This was my third attempt to get non-burnt onion rings. Third time is not a charm. They were too burnt and the flavor was ruined. I would have rated them higher if the onion rings were only “slightly” burnt. The burgers are delicious but they just haven’t mastered how to use the fryer
A lot of folks love this place but I didn't. Burger was flat and over cooked and tastes like any other burger place serving overcooked burgers. Great fries. People were nice.
Stop buying your reviews and improve your customer service.If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service!! I would encourage management to rent a school bus, stop off at wal mart, grab some pen and paper, and take your students to In N Out for a schooling on customer service. Save your $$$ and spend it elsewhere. Hire new staff and properly train your employees.
