We have tried and tried with this location and it’s always a disappointment. They close at weird times (and never answer the phone so you cannot call to check), they are almost always out of ice cream or like today when we went they had turned off their ice cream machine to close at 6:50 when they are open till 9. Also today they are out of every cup except small?? When are actually open and not out of everything the food is good and the freeze is my husbands favorite, but with all the issues I don’t expect them to be in business very long.
There is a reason this location has low ratings. I waited 24 minutes in the drive through for my order. They made me drive around the front with 2 other cars. I waited and waited, and finally I went back through the drive through to say I want a refund, I no longer need my food after waiting 24 minutes. They would not give me a refund, just offered me a cake or drink, which I declined. The supervisor told me they were under staffed. I could see 6 employees walking around. He said 2 are training, two are leaving and nothing he can do about it. I waited another 5-7 minutes for them to give me me small order (just a hamburger and a chicken sandwich, fries and onion rings). The fries were burnt and only had about 10 in the package, the onion rings were small and had about 6 in the package, the hamburger was cold and the chicken sandwich was over cooked and cold. Pretty sure they gave me old ones that had been sitting there for an hour or more. VERY disappointed. I will call the manager (supervisor said manager payton was out of town). I love KFC, but I will NEVER go to the Draper location ever again. BE AWARE of poor service and POOR quality of food!!!!!!! stay away!!!!!!!! SO the total time, took me over 30 minutes to get my order! UNBELIEVABLE!
The Fries were Way better than I remembered. And the Root Beer is the best.
Pretty good food. Love the root beer. Drive-through is hit or miss with accuracy, speed, friendliness.
I was a bit disappointed to see how limited the menu here is compared to the A&Ws in Canada, but the food i received was fine.
Slow. Waited 22 minutes for potato wedges and side of gravy. In the drive thru. I was asked to pull around to the front and wait. I had to go inside and another customer asked me if (they) forgot about me to like her and the other guy waiting.
Clean. Friendly and quick service.
Great all-American food, though the best thing about this place is the root beer.

The associate made a mistake on our order. We got the manager in and right away, she was rude to us. After we apologized, the manager, Brandy, did not want to help. Don't go there. They are not friendly and will not help you out.
