Usually have had pleasant experiences at this zaxbys location. I went through the drive through tonight at about 9:45pm and ordered the Cobb salad with grilled chicken. When I got home, the salad was significantly smaller than the one i received there 3 days ago. There was no chicken with my salad. I am pretty upset. I went to a chicken establishment for a salad for the chicken…. And came home with no chicken. I will say that girl that took my order and at the window was very nice. I just feel like i didn’t get what i paid for.
3 stars for average of my previous and current experience here.My experience eating here today was absolutely gross. The chicken and fries were a mix of being lukewarm and cold. The sprite was completely flat. The sauce tasted weird. I won’t be back for a long time, if ever. Not sure what happened in the kitchen today but it tasted utterly terrible.I’ve been here multiple times with the previous experiences tasting great, that’s the only reason for 3 stars. Otherwise my experience today was a 0/5 stars.
We were driving to salt lake for the weekend and stopped in cedar city to grab gas. We had never been to zaxbys to try it out and it did not disappoint! My husband said it was the best chicken sandwich he had ever tried so on the way back home after the weekend we made a special stop just to try it out again. I was a little nervous because it was closer to closing time (the first time it was peak dinner rush time) but, they definitely delivered! We tried the chicken tenders this time and another chicken sandwich. Both were very fresh and we left super happy!
First time going since seeing the under new management sign. This new management sucks when it comes to food. The 10 piece chicken fingers were missing the sauce and hardly fried. The wings and things, 2 out of 3 chicken fingers were not cooked fully and the third was rubbery. None of the pieces were fried well. The fries were extremely freezer burnt, you could tell by taste and visual. The toast was stone cold and dry, border line stale. I will give it another chance in hopes things change some time in the future.
Not happy! Did a mobile order. They gave me bone in wings instead of the boneless I ordered. No sauce at all, dry as hell. Supposed to be buffalo. To top it all off a nice long hair wrapped into one of my dry bone in wings. THANKS ALOT!!! Wouldn't answer their phone.
Service was okay, salads were not. Lots of wilted lettuce and the fingers were nothing to write home about. Unfortunately at this moment we will not be back. The place was dead, that should have been a deciding factor
I enjoy coming to this place. Mostly, because it's the closest location to Las Vegas. But also, the food is consistent with other Zaxby's locations I've been to in the South. This time on Dec. 22nd, however, the service was so incredibly and painfully slow. I received my order about 15 mins after it was scheduled on the mobile app. And, I had placed my order an hour ahead. I look forward to returning, but I hope the service times get back to normal.
This food here is delicious, fresh, and the whole place was clean. They make a great chicken sandwich for a decent price.
We were looking for fried chicken and found this restaurant. The taste with original buffalo wings is what we were looking for. Not too much spicy, not sweet as well.The drive through was pretty busy but we parked and went in to get the wings. The wait is not that much and the food was super tasty. The boneless wings are juicy as well. Staff was friendly as well.
I don't recommend you go here late at night, the workers seem to not appreciate anyone who arrives within a hour of closing. Otherwise, the food is always good, taste fresh and the staff is nice with smiles. They just don't listen to well to what you order. Food is amazing though! ?
