Have been here around three times already just for a smoothie. 3 cars in the drive through, barely no one inside the establishment and still had to wait about 8 minutes to ask for my order and other 10 minutes for my smoothie. If I’d see a huge line I’d understand that, but with barely no one there it makes no sense that it keeps happening.
Second time in 10 days (while in drive thru) when employee said "I'm having trouble hearing you," something she also said to the customer ahead of me. Perhaps adjusting/replacing the speaker/microphone should be looked into. On a positive note, Bahama Mama smoothie was excellent.
First thing I ate after Wisdom teeth removal was the Island Green smoothie. Delicious and I will definitely be back for more. Thank you!

The hummus wrap is alright, it's mostly filled with lettuce so you're paying $8 for lettuce. Definitely too over priced but, the AVOCOLADO Smoothie is delicious!!!
They build great smoothies, but you want to order ahead if they’re busy, because they take their time?I like the avocaloda with lots of blueberries, and no sweetener ?
I visited the store on airport road with my family on Friday 3/18 around 1:30 and upon walking through the door we were met by a frazzled worker that appeared to be working the drive up window. She informed us that it would be a 15-20 minute wait and that she had been instructed by her boss to tell us to go to the other store on the south side of town. Funny thing is that we had originally started our quest for a smoothie at the store on the south end of town and had left the line because of slow service. We decided to wait in the store thinking that waiting was better than going someplace else. After about 10 minutes we could see that’ they were not going to take orders from inside for a time and the customers in front of us had not been helped and so we left. The girl working the window kept looking at us, shaking her head, and I could hear her say that she told us to go to the other store. We got the message that we were not going to be helped and went somewhere else for lunch. We could see that the drive through was moving and we probably could have ordered in this line. I realize that staffing is difficult, but if you can’t manage inside customers then it would be best to close inside dining. We have typically enjoyed the store and will probably return at some point. Probably not in the near future.
Great food and customer service. Love the Santa Fe Chicken quesadilla, and the peanut butter cup smoothie. 4 stars due to the bathroom cleanliness but really wasn’t bad.
I’ve never been to a tropical smoothie cafe that has taken 40 minutes to get through the drive through with only two cars in front of me. I honestly would have left but was unfortunately stuck waiting for a smoothie. Something needs to seriously get figured out quickly, because if one person has an order that is so massive it’s holding up the line for 40 MINUTES have the intelligence to have them move and wait for their order so everyone else hasn’t wasted their day for a single order. Come on guys, not that hard to figure out
Very disappointed I ordered the Cajun shrimp wrap didn't get but one shrimp very interesting and I asked for no tomatoes and I got tomatoes I don't know why people take orders when they don't even listen very disappointing but it's just the way it is these days pretty sad I will not be returning
