First time stopping through town and it's a hit. Really great lunch items and combo with a smoothie for a great priced lunch. I can be very particular with my foods and they treated me with respect and understanding. Love this highly recommend for a regular summer eating spot!They do not double-blend their smoothies though, nice thick smoothie though, and not too many chunks
The group of kids working really don’t understand that everything they are saying in the back can be heard up front. Joking about spitting in food and wet raw chicken in the back is really a little much for a food establishment. Yes they are kids but they are representing your franchise. They need to be retrained in food handling processes and common customer service etiquette. Three kids there one actually working while the other two yelled at each other. Very awkward and uncomfortable situation to wait in for my mobile order that was 20 minutes late from promised timeline. Management needs to spend some serious time and maybe hire a Chick-fil-A trainer to get it done. Wild experience and I’ve worked fast food once upon a time. I get it. But I won’t be back to this location and I’m a tropical smoothie lover through and through.
I can’t remember this gals name but she was blonde and I think a shift lead or something like that. Either way she was super sweet and she made us a really yummy sandwich. She was friendly and made good conversation! This was a little but ago but i totally spaced it and lost the receipt. If I find it or go back I will get the right name!
We bought a kids strawberry banana smoothie. It tasted terrible and pretty sure no banana. So I was nice and just asked for a new one. They made it but was given the worst attitude for asking for what we paid for. I don’t want to pay $4 for watered downs strawberrys. Worst customer service.
We were not helped and the man infront of us wasn’t either ending in him just leaving we waited 15 minutes to be helped and never was nor did we even get greeted or told it would take a minute to help us many employees saw us and did nothing. Will not come here again ://
The friendly, helpful staff really made my day! The food was delicious too.
It breaks my heart to leave this 1 star review because they have great smoothies... but I can even taste the smooth when they use cardboard straws that break and taste like, well... cardboard. Please I beg you... use REAL straws!!! Thanks ?
The customer service at this location was phenomenal. Our order was incorrect, and we were already a few hours away from that location. When I called, I believe I spoke to Katie, who was extremely apologetic and accommodating. She handled the situation well and gave us a refund and coupons. Overall great customer service.
Normally very quick and good ordered today then went up to the drive thru window, paid friendly lady, said it would be right out 15 minutes later my smoothie was given to me and going to work and notice it's very runny taste good but not as thick as it usually is☹️ as I drove by the window there was no customers inside not sure why the wait was so long and the smoothie very running
Food was not that good. Smoothie wasn't great, but they have a lot of delicious looking things on the menu. I would definitely give it another try. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
