This is the best pizza in he area hands down. Price is also very reasonable when you add a salad bar and drink. Staff is friendly and fast. Would recommend to anyone.
We have ordered a lot of large catering orders with Pizza Factory and they have always done a great job. Keaton especially makes sure our order is ready on time and everything is there. They are great!
I used to love The Pizza Factory, but my last few experiences were unsatisfactory. We have found hair in our pasta, and the quality of the food has gone downhill. However, today was the last straw. I went in and ordered one calzone and two breadsticks to go- a very simple order. They told me it would be 20-30 minutes. After waiting almost one hour, and watching people come in, wait in line, and get their food before me, I finally asked why I hadn’t gotten my food yet. The hostess asked the teenage boys working in the kitchen, and it turns out my order had just been sitting there. I gave two stars because their breadsticks are delicious, and their pizza is ok. I used to always recommend The Pizza Factory, but I won’t be telling people to come here, and I won’t be back.
Amazing food, great proc s and a wonderful staff! Fantastic weekly lunch deals. If you're a pizza liver than this is the place to stop in and eat.
Pizza Factory has been good in the past but today it was just ridiculously bad. They lost multiple orders and couldn't get our food out in a timely manner. And they were out of items even though it was only mid evening when we arrived.
The best restaurant in cedar city! My favorite are the breadsticks with cinnamon sugar dip, you gotta try jt. The food is always great and our waiter was so nice and helpful. So much better since new management took over.
SO GOOOOD!! The only place I stop at when I drive through Cedar City. The staff is so helpful and friendly and the food is delicious. The breadsticks are fireeeee.
The pizza was ok but would’ve been more enjoyable In a better environment.We were there a couple hours before closing and still felt rushed to leave.The staff is all very young and wasn’t the best at customer service . I felt like they could’ve been more friendly and it seems like we had to ask for everything instead of them having necessities like plates already on the table .The group next to us expressed the same frustration.The place smelled too much like Lysol as they started spraying before we were done with our food.I’d consider giving this place another try at a different location simply for the bread stick they give when you are seated . That was the best part for me.
The ? Factory is a historical restaurant to Cedar City. Over the past year, I experienced a few issues and the manager has not only ironed these out improving the business service, he’s been ever so kind in gifting and crediting us when there was an issue. We love the pizza so much, that it didn’t matter to me- I can get those other pizza’s in the big cities lol- The history and my experiences do far at The Pizza Factory make it a special treat when we do get pizza here!
Pizza is good if you can ever get them to answer the phone. I'm tired of taking 20 minutes to call 5 times and ring for 10 times each to finally give up and go somewhere else. I can't tell you how many times this happens, and doesn't matter what day or time of day. Very very frustrating!
