To all the anti taco bell people out there... Your confused. These guys deliver time after time. Its predictable it's delicious it's comforting it's all the things you want out of a perfect cheat day on that hard diet. The staff is always top notch. They are effective and efficient. If someone held a lethal weapon to my head and said I had to come up with a complaint about taco bell I would have only 2 things to say.1. They make the best fries and taunt me with them and just before my craving is satisfied they take them off the menu.2. In the last few months they have run out of food a time or two which is rather annoying.
Somehow you managed to send the most unmotivated employee out to the street 30 minutes to close to tell people that you may not be able to make their order because you are closing soon.Sorry, not rolling the dice and sitting in your drive through.Tonight is the third time this has happened at this location.I hope you all lose your jobs.Closing shift 5/31/2022 do better.
DON’T GO! I understand staffing shortages, but I drive for doordash which makes a 52 min wait (not exaggerating) tough to deal with.If a manager is reading this, do what countless other restaurants have done and allow the lobby to remain open for online orders and delivery workers ONLY. Don’t take orders, simply place prepared food there. That would help you and us.PS: the staff was doing their best, so no ill feelings toward them. When called they said they weren’t allowed to run food out because the lobby was closed. Management should manage things better.
I’m currently waiting in the car while my spouse is inside waiting for our food. It has been 30 minutes. My spouse came out and informed me how bad they are doing inside. My spouse, having worked in fast food is usually very understanding, but going on over 30 minutes now… pretty ridiculous and extremely frustrating, especially since I have 4 hungry kids.

Crowded noisy and the food has gotten worse over time. And you need a code for the bathroom? But then again the bathroom was clean.
The food was great! The staff was great to work with and the dining room was open.
I eat here more than I care to admit...but they have RARLY messed up my order. I can't remember a single time I've had a serious problem worth mentioning to a manager even. By far my favorite fast food in town. Everyone is always so friendly too.
The food was good and hot. The problem was the older gentleman working the drive thru window. He was rude. He handed a drink thru the window to the car in front of us and the people returned the drink back to him. When we got to the window and asked about the drink he said it was a Dr Pepper and shut the window. There were no other drinks on the counter. You need to have nicer and honest people work with customers. You should never give a customer something another customer has touched.
The Breakfast Crunchwrap is great: juicy, with creamy scrambled eggs, hashed potato, cheese, and bacon or sausage. Just the right amount of a slightly spicy sauce elevated this item over the usual breakfast wrap offering.
