No Espresso Beans? Staff was delightful. Three stars means it was okay. And that's just what it was okay. It wasn't bad, Starbucks has become kind of expected simple whatever. I brew my own coffee in a French press back at the bus. I prefer dark roast. And the cheaper dark roasts to me taste better. Cafe Verona, one of their oldest ones is in the top three of best brands of dark roast for me. Lately I've been enjoying espresso roast in my morning bulletproof. Teaspoon of butter, teaspoon of coconut oil, two teaspoons of Splenda, three squares of 88% dark chocolate from Endangered Species, 80 ml of lactose free nonfat milk, topped off after stiring, with a smidge pink Himalayan fresh ground salt flakes floating on top.
I love Starbucks and the coffee is always the same stuff in each branch, and in this case the drinks are not the problem. The drive-thru is absolutely ridiculous, it is literally in the middle of a small road, so semi trucks were honking at us to get by while waiting in line. We wait for about 20 minutes, only to find out the drive-thru barista forgot about the line of cars adding up. Lame service.
One word.....Slowwwwww Thought I'd go in because the drive through was packed. Big mistake, looks as if they work drive through first then front of store. Was only one in line and took about 15 mins to get my drink.
My drink sticker came up 10 min ago, He stuck the sticker on the glass set it down had a conversation about my order, and then it sat there and no one made it! 12 min later I had to ASK the Barrista to pls make my drink.
When you go to coffee shop, get a coffee. Three parts coffee, salt, softener. good coffee, well prepared. 2.85 cup of well done coffee, why pay for sugar? Side note the staff are very nice. Gracie, Starbucks.Keep drinking here, stealing songs with Shazam. The crew is most excellentThank you for the lesson in how to communicate Ben, sir
This was the best coffee experience I have had at Starbucks. Kim was very friendly and the other baristas were awesome.
Thanks for making my drink great!
Wait times are ridiculous but that's the nature with Covid these days. Staffing shortages everywhere. No excuse for a nearly 20 minute wait for a White Chocolate Mocha. The Starbucks inside Lyn's generally has faster service at the expense of a slightly smaller menu. But being as I generally order a White Chocolate Mocha, this doesn't bother me.
Not sure how this is rated 4.1 stars. Slowest drive through I ever waited in in my entire life. Glad I was just passing through & this isn’t my local starbucks. It was also 12pm on a Monday, should never be that slow. Can only imagine how it is in the mornings when it’s actually busy
incredibly slow service. I had to leave after an hour of waiting and still didn’t get a coffee.the slowest Starbucks in country.
