Very fast and efficient service here. We didn't use any complaints when visiting. I would recommend if you like monster drinks.

Slurps up is the most addictive drink shop ever!!! I lived in cedar for 4 years without really knowing what it was and then a friend bought me a dirty Dr Pepper from there. I’m hooked! I also like watermelon sprite and the Shaka Laka. It’s a daily habit and I find myself sad on Sunday when they are closed and I can’t get a special drink.

I LOVE IT HERE. Everyone is so nice and they are very speedy. Love the refill cups?

Super disappointed in slurps up tonight. I have been a loyal customer for a year. I have purchased a slurps up cup and come 3-4 times a week. I have brought my cup not washed out for 4 months before handing my cup I have asked is it ok that my cup isn't washed out and they have said yes. Tonight 12/16 I went and they said they couldn't take my cup because it wasn't washed out. I am 100% ok if there is a policy change but what makes a loyal customer never want to come back is what happened next the girl said " I know I have told you more than one time that this isn't allowed" If she didn't see the shock on my face she is blind because my shocked face was because I hadn't ever hear this before and if I had I would have complied. I am not a person to go against policy's that a company has. I work for a company that requires certain rules. So had this change been posted on a sign or actually told to me I would have complied but no I was accused of being told more than one time and they chose blaming and accusations over a loyal customer. I am going to have to debate long and hard if I am going to support this company anymore or if I am going to go to one of the many other drink places in town that I have avoided to support this small business that I have loved. I hope a manager see this and considers my side of this story and teaches the staff to be kind to customers, explain the policy change, post signs rather than teach people to accuse. The worst part is these two ladies were ladies that I came to really like and look forward to seeing each time I came and now I will dread it because of this negative interaction.
