I am a little on the poor side, so when me and my fiance went out to get something to eat for a family of 4, I expected more for my money. I wanted the big family box which was 24.99 so everyone could eat. But they said they didn't have the dough for it. So the cashier told me to just get a large pizza. So me, expecting a LARGE pizza said yes. Their large pizza which was $22 is the same size of a medium pizza from dominoes and their mediums are only $6.99. I am appalled at this and will never be going back.
Beware. FRAUD is being committed by this restaurant. It is called "bait and switch" to advertise one price and upcharge a completely different price to a customer and it's ILLEGAL. Ordering pizzas that ther menu shows is $15.48 plus tax and they are attempting to charge over $28 for the pizzas. They blame corporate for not getting them new menus. Too bad. It's illegal to advertise one price and charge a completely different price for what's on the menu.
Yesterday I ordered a pizza and I was informed that DoorDash would be delivering. I was nervous about this because I had told Pizza Hut delivery instructions that were probably going to be ignored. Little did I know that that would be the least of my problems. The minute I opened the door I knew something was wrong when the man handed me an orange crush, Diet Pepsi, a large pizza box, and cinnamon rolls. After sending him on his way I opened the pizza to find peppers, onions, and mushrooms. None of what I ordered. I then proceeded to call my mom and ask her what I should do. She said to call the restaurant. I called the restaurant was very kindly spoken to and was told that they could remake my order. They did exactly that and 40 minutes later was greeted with the pizza that I had originally ordered. I appreciate the care they took with getting me the correct order. They went above and beyond. Thank you so much. And I am so sorry to who ever got my original pizza we clearly have different taste buds. Thank you Pizza Hut I will never forget this!
If i could rate 0 I would. I ordered delivery 2+ hours ago. It is still not here. It said it would be ready in 35-40 minutes. No call, or explanation for the delay. The person I was sharing food with has long since left and I am still out of $37.00 for pizza I don't think I'm getting.
If I could rate lower than a one start I would! 1st and foremost when walked in you could see that there was a box that was open that had bread sticks sitting at where people could see it and the waitress and the delivery guy were eating out of the box that was open. Second is the waitress did not have very good manners. Not very good service. In order the pizza asked for salt pepper and other condiments that you would expect to get from a pizza place and she said they didn't have any. The fountain drink did not work or at least it said out of order but could be seen getting drinks from the fountain drink. Last and foremost the pizza sucked it was the worst Pizza I have had ever. I will not be back I will not recommend this place to anyone the worst service and worst Pizza ever.
This place is absolutely terrible, and I haven’t even tried the food. I myself just got out of the food industry and used to work at domino’s. Normally I show respect to the workers since I know they aren’t getting paid much and I was once In there situation. But the service here is the worst I’ve ever experienced in any business here in cedar. I mean it was so bad I had to write a literal google review. Im a DoorDash driver and I came to pick up the order, when I asked the lady up front she said “we don’t have any Doordash orders” with the most sas in a voice. She then looked and sure enough it was there. I tried to thank her for checking but she just ignored me. I don’t know how long it takes to make a pizza here but at dominos it’s ten minutes max. She managed to make them in around 30. Awful staff and service, I genuinely don’t think that woman could ever talk to someone politely.
I keep hoping this place would get better but, they prove me wrong every time. The day shift isn't bad they actually listen to what you are requesting but night shift is horrible. The employee on the phone was so rude and disrespectful. The delivery driver was very respectful and nice. Atleast one person was polite.
First walked in and they looked clueless about what was going on. Was ordering and kid you not the guy at the register had no idea what to do, my order took about 20 min just to get out in. They weren’t sure if they could take my order in the first place, as everything was “expiring” which made me nervous. Also to mention that they were receiving a phone call and someone from the back picked it up and put it straight down to decline the call and nodded and walked away. At this time it is only 9:30 so they still have an hour and a half till open. Hesitant to eat my pizza when I receive it but overall teririble people and experience at this Pizza Hut.
I ordered 2 $10.00 meal deals, was going to 2 families, I got the family meal instead fir $21.99. So instead if 10 breadsticks and 10 cinnamon sticks I git 5 of each. I did not order it this way.
I will not be having a next visit. My online order said it would be an hour and a half til the food was ready. It was obviously ready much sooner than that and became stale sitting in the warmer. I threw the pizza away and went back to the store for a refund. In the future if you tell someone their wait time will be an hour and a half and their pizza is done an hour earlier than expected, it would not only be courteous but beneficial to your business and its ability to keep a regular customer basis to call and inform that person their food is ready earlier than expected.
