Ordered a small cheese pizza tonight with some added peppers and got a call saying it would be delayed, which it wasn't. I felt like I waited no extra time! The delivery driver was charming and so was the person who made the call (I'm sorry I didn't catch your name) but I got my pizza and it was actually upgraded to a medium for my "understanding" which was actually super sweet! I've honestly just been getting over a cold and the most concerning symptom from it was my complete lack of appetite. I've been eating nothing but baby food and applesauce for about 6 days now. At 11pm I suddenly got this rawring hunger for some good pizza and I definitely didn't want Dominos. Thanks Papa John's for surprising me!
There pizza is always delicious. Plus it is always yummy as well. I love everything on there menu and what they offer on there menu as well. They always have good service and very nice employees working 4 them at the papa John's in cedar city Utah. I always recommend there pizza and all the food they offer on there menu. I had a birthday on February 7th 2022. I forgot to add the free Dessert when I ordered on the app. When I went to pick up the pizza ?. I asked if I could get that free dessert because it was my birthday. They made it for me. I picked the cinnamon pull aparts. It only took 3 minutes to make it for me ans server it hot and delicious to me. It was a great experience and I would go again anytime.I spent around 100.00 dollars on the papa John's app. And there was about 10 people at my pizza party at mt parent's house on my birthday on February 7th 2022
Ordered the NY style pizza. Couldn't pickup the slices as they fell apart.
Love the pizza but I really don’t understand why you offer contactless but still make us sign the receipt. I also have a sign to say to not knock, it was also noted on the order, and he still knocked for me to sign the receipt. Guy had my number, he’d just called to let me know he had arrived, Idk why he couldn’t just call me back.
Ive tried 4 times tonight to order from here.You dont even order from the store itself .I tried to place my order online and it was cancelled because they said they tried to reach/call me by phone and I DID NOT receive a call, i was hung up twice after online order was cancelled. Very rude. Was asked to hold because an employee yelled across the store and instead i was hung up on.
I have ordered from this store multiple times and have not had issues, but the last two times our pizza has been on the raw side, and we have not been able to eat it. This time around the box was soaking wet as well.
Pizza was good but they really need to learn how to cut a pizza. Ordered two pizzas and one arrived completely uncut, the other looked like a four year old had cut it. We're in a hotel without a knife to cut the other pizza so thanks guys!
You could tell our pizza was sitting out for a while before delivery. When we received it, it was not hot or warm. It was bearly warm. Just really disappointed, I really love papa johns and this pizza was not up to standard.
Our pizza was a bit doughy when it was delivered and the manager sent 2 new pizzas free of charge. He’s a stellar manager.
Tried their car side service it was a joke had to go inside for my, by this time, cold pizza lesson learned.
