Had midnight munchies staying at a hotel next door. Staff was arguing a lot. Just wanted a simple crispy chicken sandwich to curve the appetite. Pictures explain everything. ?♂️
They don't serve breakfast all day like the other locations.One time I ordered a double quarter pounder and one of my patties was super pink when I bit into it.And everytime I order a shake they're machine is "broken". Which makes me think it's not broken, employees just don't want to clean it or whatever.Which to be honest same, but still super annoying that this McDonald's service and quality is so different from other locations.
Went through the drive thru for breakfast. Eggs on all 5 sandwiches were burnt, all the biscuits were tough, and they left out 2 sausage burritos (got the hot sauce in the bag though) and a sausage egg biscuit. Spent $35, and am completely disappointed
Simple order with extra pickles and toppings. Only received part of the order. When I inquired as to the rest of my order, I was handed 2 ready-made cheeseburgers. A peace offering if some sort? Where was the food I paid for?
During my last visit I ordered a chicken sandwich and an ice cream cone, after waiting in the lobby for 14 minutes and was watching the orders, I observed my sandwich which was prepared for 12 of those minutes sit on the line I refused the sandwich as it was not sitting in a warm zone, therefore degrading the sandwich to having to be thrown away. The manager was rude and does not care.
I went in and simply tried to order a #7 and I was just looked at like they didn't know the meals were numbered. I was then charged $10+ for 2 cheeseburgers fries and a drink! Worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's!!
Their internet was down and couldn't process our online order or accept credit cards. They gave us our order for free and put extras in our bag for the inconvenience. I would have happily paid the amount due but they couldn't because it was an online order. Went above and beyond to make it right. No one can complain about that. Touchè on awesome customer service. I will pay it forward.
Ordered 3 quarter pounders in the drive thru and waited 30 minutes after I ordered. I didnt even get my 3 burgers, they gave me 2 donuts, fries, and chicken nuggets.
Slowest drive through in the morning. 30 minutes for 8 cars! Employees have attitude.
The lobby was closed understandably due to labor shortage. Drive through line was absolutely packed. But it moved fairly quickly. They had both lines open. And the employees we're very cheerful and polite and had smiles on their faces and our food was hot and good and we received what we ordered.
