Unless you're going to pick up the pizza yourself don't buy from here, oh wait well actually you can't because they don't answer their phone... great customer service ? I've never laughed so hard at how much of a joke it is. But what can you expect from cheap low quality places like this.
Waited a good half an hour and never got an email saying my order was ready. I went in and asked, and they had my pizza just sitting there ready for me, completely cold. I asked why I never got an email saying it was ready, the worker acted all clueless.
A little burnt on top but it was still good.
I love the little Cesar’s crew. I was starving and noticed they were to close in about 15 minutes and I called to make sure I wouldn’t be a pain and they told me it wouldn’t be an issue at all and made my stuffed crust. Great attitude from the kids
The deep dish pizza is great, but the crazy bread has been bad more than good either it is ice cold or there is no garlic on it. I order from here at least 3 times a month and have had the crazy bread every time it disappointed me everytime but one. I will continue to eat the pizza, but will not order the crazy bread again.
Horrible service, only 1 of the 3 employees was actually working. We saw our food ready to go but the 2 employees that were working didn’t bother to bring it up to us, after waiting 10-15min after the time the app said it would be ready we finally got our not so warm, burnt crazy bread and burnt pizza we finally got to eat it there was a hair in it! Would not recommend getting pizza here ever!
Pizza is always dry, wings are horrible and service always sucks! It is a chain pizza joint so I don't expect much but have seen these people lock the door in the middle of a rush several times to deter people from coming in!
Waited for over 40 minutes to get a cheese pizza and ICB. I received an email twice saying my pizza was ready with the Cashier. Both times he said it wasn’t ready yet and couldn’t give me an expected estimated time. I had ordered on the app hours before. After 40 minutes of waiting I asked for an estimated time it would be ready and he still didn’t have a time. I requested a refund and left. Although the cashier was kind and definitely doing his best with what the team could do, dozens of orders came and went while I waited. Manager came up to approve refund and didn’t say a word, would have liked some solution where the next order could have been prioritized. Not happy overall with such a small order while trying my best to be patient and understanding.
I would give them a one star but the pizza was good but this place was not sanitary at all I didn’t care that they were not wearing masks but when it comes down to wiping your nose on your shirt and not even wearing glove or washing your hands after that is what is just disgusting I will not be coming back
Took 25 minutes to get our order out after the promise time. We were told we just needed to wait for the bread to be done, yet 7 were handed out before we got ours. Also, none of the workers were wearing gloves. Even after changes stations they wouldn’t wash their hands or put any one.
