What is wrong with kfc? This chicken sandwhich is totally burnt. How did they not see this when they were putting it together? I’m tired of the poor quality lately. This is the worst sandwhich I’ve had there. The last few times I’ve been, the chicken has been overdone and a little dry but not burnt to a crisp like this. Please KFC, get better! You used to rock and now you don’t.
I've actually never been in the lobby because it's been closed for so long, but I've been through the drive-through plenty. The line has always moved fairly fast for me, and I don't think they've ever gotten an order wrong. I always worry they are going to forget the honey and butter for my biscuit, but they never do. Hats off! Food has always been hot and tasted about as good as I expected. Can't ask for more than that.
I went through the drive thru and they never gave me my card back! When we called about it saying we were just there they said they had no clue where my card was. So if you go through the drive thru be careful if you are paying with card cause there is a chance you wont get it back.
The KFC in Cedar City puts out the worst chicken meal on the planetThe chicken was cold and tougher than nails. It must have been fried a week ago. The potatoes were runny, the gravy weak and watered down,. The coleslaw was more liquid than coleslaw.And to top it off, the rolls were as hard as baseballs. How they can pass that off as food is beyond me!!! It was a $37 mistake that I won't make again!!! When family or friends ask me where to get a chicken meal, it won't be KFC for sure!!!!! Normally, I do not feel inclined to leave reviews. However, after the several bad experiences I have had at this establishment, I feel that one is needed. I have had three bad experiences here, all of which happened from 1 and a half hours to 30 minutes from closing time. In the most recent, I arrived at the drive through 30 minutes prior to closing. After driving up to order, a woman very rudely informed me that they were not taking anymore orders and already took the last order for the night. I inquired KINDLY about this, as it was a good 30 minutes before they were supposed to be closing. The woman again, with a very disrespectful and rude tone said, "No. We're not." She did not say anything else, or apologized for the inconvenience, nor did she wish me a good night. I have worked in customer service before, and I know for a fact that it can be hard at times, which is why I always make an effort to be kind and courteous to employees. This woman was very rude for no reason and her customer service was absolutely terrible.On two previous occasions, a friend and I were ordering food, only to be told by the SAME woman that it would be a VERY long wait for the chicken tenders, and seemed to be trying to convince us to order something that would take less time. I informed her that we did not mind the wait at all, and to kindly proceed with the order. After pulling up to the window, a nice young man informed me (after having just talking with the woman I believe) that it would be a VERY long wait for the chicken tenders, as they had cleaned out their frier for the night. I thought this was strange as again, it was about 40 minutes from their closing time. I told them again, that we did not mind the wait. This happened on a separate occasion, but with biscuits as the same woman stepped in on the intercom to tell me that it would be a LONG wait for those. In all of these instances, it seemed as though they were trying to convince me to order something else, because it was a hassle for them to do so. Overall, awful experiences. I hope these issues can be fixed and brought up with management.
The famous bowl is so good I definitely recommend it.
We specifically ordered Mac and cheese and it was not given to us. The wait was about forty minutes, we were given no silverware or the butter and honey for the biscuits.
I would not recommend. It takes over an hour to get an order that was done online. I tried calling to see if they could just bring it out and after 25 rings they picked up the phone and hung up. I did an online order for the convenience and after an hour we are still sitting at the drive thru . Never again will I be eating at the KFC.
A little too salty but otherwise juicy and crispy
We love KFC but we’re very disappointed in dry chicken which we threw away most of it , dry , hard biscuits, but coleslaw was good as always.We will go to St George from now on where we always get delicious chicken and great service!!
