we did a door dash order and i got the 8 bone in ranch wings… i had hair cooked into 4 of my wings.
Bone in wings were supposed to be 8, received 5. Skin was rubbery and chewy. Flavor was decent, got the smoked with buffalo sauce.

Very poor customer service. If you get the wrong order, they will not correct it or compensate you. No way to get ahold of their corporation as they suggest. Will not frequent them ever again.
Amazing wings. But I when I went to pick up an order all the signs say to pull up and wait until someone comes out, 30 minutes later and three other cars are here now and no one has come out
