Disappointed! We have normally had good pizza, but this was bad for a couple of reasons. First of all, we went to pick up our pizza when the online and text said it was ready, in fact, we were 10 minutes later and we still had to wait another 30 minutes!Also, the online showed that the 2 liter soda we actually wanted was not available, so we chose different soda. When we picked up our order, we asked if the soda we really wanted was available, which it was, but we had to pay more for it, an "Up Charge" instead of letting us have it for the same price. With ALL other places we have ever gone to and have asked to get a different soda, because it was not shown online, we have NEVER had to pay an "Up Charge". How ridiculous.Now for the pizza itself. We asked for Marinara Sauce, but got Tomato Sauce instead. Nasty! Also, we did not get the thicker crust we wanted, but instead, they gave us a thin crust. Not happy.
I really appreciate the employees at this Domino’s! For some reason my order got messed up on the app so they made the pizza that the app said I ordered but not the one I actually wanted! When I called about my order being wrong they made me a brand new pizza super quick and turned a stressful situation into an awesome one! The pizza tasted great as well!
The customer service with our delivery drivers has always been great! The pizza is always fresh and hot. (We’re regulars) I sometimes order a sandwich but whoever made the sandwich tonight did a great job! It was the best one yet. Thanks guys :)
We are a big fan of Domino’s Pizza. The kids were craving pizza on our way to LV from SLC, so we stopped by this location to grab one 3 topping thick crust pizza. Everyone was 100% satisfied. Thank you for the wonderful service! ^_^
I've never had a problem with my order here. I always do carryout, and it has been ready on time and hot every single time.
Very very rude customer service when calling. I would not recommend. But the pizza is pretty good.
Great food! Their parking lot was very dark and the bench outside was broken. Otherwise the food was good and customer service was generally friendly.
Walked in at lunchtime and no waiting to place my order. Pizza was prepared quickly and correctly. I was happy with the staff and the pizza. I like the pizza over Little Cesar's pizza. I will visit again.
2 hour delivery time and a horrible attitude from whoever answered the phone for me today. Ended up cancelling the order after the first hour of waiting. Had no idea it would take that long. When I called, I got sarcasm and a patronizing tone for asking where the pizza was. “There’s no point in me putting it in the oven if I don’t have drivers.” “I won’t have a driver for another thirty minutes.” If you can’t deliver for two hours, maybe don’t offer delivery. Christ.
I waited an hour and 38 minutes for my order. Only for my order to be canceled. I tried calling 3 times and on the 4th call I get an answer. I was rudely greeted on the phone and after I explain why I'm calling he explains that he is the manager. Offers absolutely no apology or any kind of resolution, completely rude begins to explain that he doesn't know why he's the manager he's only 17 years old. Great job Domino's ? what a joke
