Not a fan of fast food restaurants, but stopped at Culver's since it was close to our hotel and we had been to a Culver's in Phoenix on another trip and it was fairly good. The food at this Culver's was bordering on insipid. Dull. Wanting of flavor. Dog enjoyed his burger.
The food was good but they need to provide some better training for their staff. We did not get the food we ordered. That caused a delay. Then when we ordered an ice cream sundae it didn't come for a long time. When we inquired about it, they said their ice cream machine ran out and it would be a while. It would have been nice if they said something earlier.
Finding a Culver's all the way out in Utah was a Midwesterner's delight! This place is perhaps one "ope" short of being pristinely authentic, but the cheese curds were a nostalgic blast that are sure to please any palette. The custard is always a hit, too, so if you're going to go - go all the way and treat yourself to dessert! :)
I really like the food and service but I really have a hard time with all fast food places with the fry sauce it is like I have to twist there arm to get any I just went to the drive through and asked for the sauce and I didn't get any with my food. I will be willing to pay for it. I only go to fast food places that have fry sauce.
I stop at Culver's whenever I travel because it is one of my favorite restaurants. I introduced my husband to Culver's on this trip. He loved the butter burger. I had the shrimp and fries this time and it was delicious. The shrimp was nice and hot. Their mashed potatoes are my favorite. I love that they have diet Root beer. The staff is always friendly.
I have only eaten at Culver's a couple of times inside and it has been very good , but I don't have anything positive to say about the drive-thru. It started off with the prices are not the same on the board as what they are actually charging you. When I asked the girl if she was going to charge me what is posted on the board she said no I'm going to charge you what comes up on my register. I usually would have left about that time but my grandson really wanted custard. So we paid and drove around to wait and waited about 20 minutes before a very nice young man came up and said I think we gave your food away and it should only take about 5 minutes for us to redo your order. It has now been 30 minutes and I am watching everyone behind me getting there food and driving around me. I may try coming here again some time to eat inside but I will never come through the drive-thru again. If I was inside I would have cancelled my order and got a refund but it is impossible to do that when I am parked quite a distance from the register and I don't want to pull over to the side and have to get my grandson out( who has now fallen asleep)just to go inside. The five minutes that I was told it would take has now turned into 20. Awful experience! When we finally got our food he did hand me a coupon for a free basket.
Culver's food is good. They are usually pretty quick and the food is consistent. Staff are always friendly. The only issues I've had are when you get a trainee at the register, but they will make it right if they screw something up. Custard is really good and so are the pretzel bites.
We don't have one in Vegas but I said look ot looks like a canes! It's a mixture of Freddy's burgers and a Farmer Bros restaurant! Lots to choose from. It was really difficult for me to choose. The also have fresh custard with all kinds of flavors and topping and a fridge with some prepackaged to grab and go.
The food is made fresh which adds to the wait but it's very good and hot and the workers are very friendly. The single scoop of "flavor of the day" custard was delicious and plenty for a very reasonable price. This was the first time we have ever been to Culver's and was very pleased ?
I don’t know what happened, we come here at least twice a month. They used to be great, but the last three times we have came, we were missing food items or incorrect items each time. Not just 1 thing, it’s multiple items every time. When you go in, you’ll notice many workers just standing around and not sure what’s going on.
