Places an online order that was supposed to be ready at 1:40. I’ve been standing here waiting for it for 31 minutes. They aren’t even busy. 1 or 2 people in line at a time and I’ve seen them get their food eat it here and leave. It would have been way faster to order my meals here, even though I needed 12 different things.
This place is always a go-to for me and my husband! My favorite dish is their grilles steak salad with mango salsa switched for the regular Pico. Thye have super fresh and delicious food, and are pretty quick to get your orders made. Be forewarned, this place is popular, and you may find yourself waiting in a long line at the peak of lunch time!
It was fast and good. With great service Clayton was putting on a show flipping the tortillas around. Kaylee did great with our very large families orders and did great with our gluten free allergy. Thanks for the care you take keeping thing safe.
Very disappointed for my first visit. Big line, and the girl serving up the food was doing an awesome job, loading everything up. Then right before me, she went on break. Next girl counted out exactly 4 pieces of chicken in my enchilada, no rice. I said something, and she said that just how it comes. Oh well I figured. Then later my buddy told me I not only got jipped on meat, but I was supposed to get 2. Worst $12 I've spent in a while
The food quality and quantity is fantastic. However the service has been slow the last couple times I have been here.
We've been eating here every week and we live an hour and a half away. Last night, we lost our credit card and the customer service will NOT LET US TALK TO THE STORE to see if it's there!!! We were told by a very nasty April, "You can drive there yourself if you want to know."Enjoy our money much, Costa Vida?? You'll never see another dime from us! NEVER, EVER have we been treated so horribly!!
The 4 times I've used the drive through I asked for extra sweet pork on the Sweet Pork barrito. Without fail they gave me much less than what would normally be on it. So, I end up with a 80 % tortilla, 20 % everything else, with a trace of meat. I will never order from there again. Total rip offs.
Went to the Cedar City, Utah location. Ordered 2 grilled chicken Burritos and neither of them had any chicken on them at all!! Then when we called customer service, they couldn’t even get a hold of the store!! Worst experience! Not pleased with them at all. A chicken burrito should have chicken! We didn’t receive any Pico either.
Clayton and his crew were awesome. Food was great.We come to costa vida every time we visit from Alaska. Good food and also this visit the staff was very friendly and helpful. The key lime pie was delicious!
Best costa vida I've been to! My faimly come here almost every Saturday! Literally soooo good... And most of their employees are very kind and quick. Also thier food is way fresh, way better than the ones it St. George, thank you Costa Vida staff!
