I had to scrape off the massive amounts of mayonnaise on my hamburger....and I love mayo...then I literally had to wring out my hamburger. It was dripping grease. I have grease on my skirt now. I cut the meat up and will give it to my dog. Glass doors and bathrooms were also dirty. Not impressed and won't go back :( I also paid cash. My change back was short $.75. If you don't have change, round up or down. It's not your money. Unfortunately the server got it taken Away from his tip.
Ordered on door dash, I put no pink on burgers, when I got food the middle literally collapsed in on one because the burger was so raw, our wings were room temp inside but pipping hot on the outside, didn’t eat due to not knowing if they’re precooked or if the middle was more on the unsafe side. I’ve always loved chilis but the last few times there’s been heavy errors, these ones that may get someone sick is not okay.
Morgan was amazing tonight! She went above and beyond for our party of 6 and did everything right... even after having a rough start to her day. She made of evening. Thank you again Morgan!
Service was super slow...bartender wasn't at her post half the time..busy running around. I ordered a margarita no salt, it came with salt..I ordered the ribeye medium rare and my partner wanted medium well that didn't get updated by Tonya, who says they don't have to wear name tags there anymore which makes No Sense. We would not be coming back to this location because timing is unacceptable, I had to "ask" if she was ready take our food orders before she rushed off again. Paying attention to details is the minimum and it just had a bad feeling from the time we walked in the door. No tartar sauce? Your cook can't whip some up real quick? No accommodation either. This place has more food runners than actual waiters taking care of the tables. Not impressed. Then I asked about the $6 margarita and Tonya mentioned it's a strawberry lemonade special, hint THE COUPON says nothing about strawberry lemonade margarita, it has a Patron Margarita special...I'm literally asking her about this coupon special I can redeem and it takes her 3 looks at my phone to actually tell me which coupon is being advertised on my rewards. ? Like was I bothering you trying to save myself a few bucks?HELLO APPLEBEE'S ???
Great Service-Cold FoodWe stopped here late on Saturday and they were very, very busy as the next day was Easter Sunday. Wife and I had made a last minute trip so we could pick up 2 Ukranian refugees at the border in SD and get them to safety.Needless to say we were very tired and emotionally drained so we stopped here as we have always had a great experience with Chili's and looked forward to a great dinner as a bit of stress reducer. We were quite wrong!!!!Wife's corn on cob was ice cold-I guess they forgot to microwave it? The remainder of our food was meh. What a disappointment.I'm thinking they are so busy that a few customers like us won't matter in the big scheme of things. With us being so distracted by our need to get our refugees, we just left. The local management apparently is very successful with this location but wow do they need some professional help.We know that we will avoid Chili's going forward as their franchisee folks need to work on their "consistency" across their locations.
Every once in a while, we just want someplace different from our everyday dining. Chili's is an acceptable choice; the burgers are good, my spouse likes their chili, and I love the spicy sauces -- mango-habañero and honey-chipotle -- on the chicken crispers and boneless wings. They're crowded at all times we've been. It's a popular place for couples and families. Even so, it never takes long to be seated, and the space is designed to absorb some of the excess noise, so despite every table being filled on our side of the restaurant today, it was still acceptably peaceful to read while we enjoyed our meal.

Great food. I really love the waffle with chicken. I'd eat the waffles by themselves, they're so good‼️ Too bad thet don't serve them by themselves‼️ Great waitress. I don't mind tipping more than 20% when the service is that good.
Customer service was good. The waiter we had was on point. Very observant to the patients needs of when drinks and chips needed to filled. Did not constantly ask if everything is OK. Allowed us to have our table with no interruption. Ordered loaded potatoes with bacon and without cheese and chives. Came out cold, she immediately removed it and brought one steaming hot. Then I was able to enjoy the soup. My daughter bought the same loaded potatoes with cheese and bacon, without chives. Hers was good at perfect temperature to enjoy. My hubby orders the waffle with chicken abs jalapeños he said it was very. Very flavorful. Felt the serving was to much for one sitting.
Food was good, service of server was good but hostess rolled her eyes at us after we said we’d like to add our two family party to the waitlist. We went between lunch and dinner and it clearly wasn’t busy so it shouldn’t have been an issue.
