Nice outdoor seating. Good service. Pizzas are prepared quickly and are very delicious. Just a two block walk from the Shakespeare theatre. Arugula salad is fabulous. Pizza Bianca is my favorite. You can get a pizza half and half to try two options in one. Good beer selection if you’re looking for that.

Artisanal pizzas that work well.1. Huge salad for 3 to start and it was a lot of food.2. We each wanted to try a different pizza so we had 3 but ate a total of 2. The leftovers were great the day after following our 8 mile hike at Bryce.3. Server Cam was super, explained the pizzas (we’ve been to other before), very attentive, drink refills, helpful with the menu.4. This is not college level pizza, it’s much better. Yes, it’ll cost a bit more but so worth it.5. I added extra pepperoni to mine, it was goooooodddd

Dined on a Saturday night. Without a reservation our wait was a very reasonable 20 minutes. Our server Chaz did a great job taking care of us and being just the right level of attentive. Our food came out fresh and fast despite how busy the restaurant was. Would recommend their pizzas and service to everyone!

Traveling through town and received recommendations from two people for this place. It didn't disappoint. The food was excellent and well priced. They let us do half and half on a 12-inch Pizza which made the entire meal very reasonably priced. The Caesar salad was excellent.

Great pizza and atmosphere. You can see them making your pizza in the woodfired oven. Prices were reasonable too! Waitstaff was ok, but I wished they knew their menu more.

Excellent pie- sit outside- enjoy the breeze- wait staff is efficient- get a salad with your pie- glad I went

5 stars, Wow, great pizza, fresh tasting dough, topping are high quality and very tasty. Crust was perfect, wood fire pizza is the best hands down, brick oven is second in my opinion.

We stayed in Cedar on a recent trip. At the request of other parties from our group we went to Centro Woodfired Pizzeria. I had my doubts, but it was ok. The biggest problem I have with many of today's woodfired Pizzerias is that the pizza tastes of burned flour. Maybe it's the time of day that I end up at this type of pizza place, or maybe it just always tastes of burned flour, I just don't know. It's like the massive stone or whatever they cook the pizza on never gets cleaned. Every pizza that goes through just picks up the burned bits of dusting flour left behind from every prior pizza. Centro was no different. The parties at our table ordered the Pollo Rustico, Fennel Sausage, and Margherita Pizza. The Pollo Rustico and Margherita had good flavor, so long as you didn't get any burned dusting flour in the bite. The Fennel Sausage pizza seemed to have enough flavor to overpower the burned dusting flour. The dough was tender easy to chew, and as long as you weren't tasting burned flour, tasted just fine. The rustic bread with herbed dipping oil was good. Our dipping oil had so much oil that we couldn't get to the herbs or balsamic vinegar until the bread was almost gone.I think I would give this place another chance, but I would need to go early in the day to see if the burned dusting flour is just something that happens later in the day, or if it happens all day.

Found on Trip Advisor. Charming and stylish. The half Gorgonzola Salad was delicious, just enough to split. The Meatballs are the Best feature on the menu. I love wood fired pizza, however I believe due to the cheese or the pepperoni on it made our pizza too greasy. Service and location is great .

It’s been almost two weeks since we had lunch at Centro but I am still thinking about that delicious pizza. Living in New Jersey midpoint between NYC and Philadelphia, we have had our share of good pizza and Centro’s pizza certainly ranks among the best. Four people in our party so we tried four different pizzas … each one better than the next! I ate my leftover slices room temperature in my hotel room and it was still tasty. We also started with the bruschetta - perfection- and the arugula salad with a delicate olive oil/lemon dressing with a slight sweetness. Our waitress (maybe Melanie) was so pleasant and professional. We were trying to finagle one last meal, but cities are so far apart in Utah, we couldn’t pull it off. If you are ever in the area, you definitely need to eat here.
