If you want one of their famous chocolate milkshakes don't go to this establishment. 4 out of 5 days my family has gone here for shakes at random times of the day but mostly at 8:00 p.m. when they're ready to close, they're always out of ice cream. I asked one of the kids why is this happening because it seems to be a problem and he said "our ice cream was limited".In my experience, go for the food. The food's fine. Just don't take your family there for a quick ice cream snack because your family will get disappointed.
I ordered a fish sandwich and the cashier said that the fish sandwiches were discontinued. I pointed to a video ad for the sandwich I wanted to order that was directly over her head and she said "Oh they need to update that, that's old." She also seemed very annoyed with me. I didn't speak rudely or disrespectfully so I don't know what her issue was. I changed my order to a burger but I was disappointed as I wanted to try the fish.
I have given this location a 5 star in the past but today's visit was not a good one. We didn't get our zucchini and the new chicken sandwiches we ordered were very dry and had no sauce. Just a dry bun with overcooked chicken strip. For a $13.00 meal it should be fresh and not dry.

Don't bother going to this Carl's Jr. They cut their portions and raised their prices to the point of basically stealing. I ordered a medium Santa Fe Chicken sandwich combo and a Crispy Chicken sandwich. What I got were 2 sandwichs would make McDonald's look good and and just enough fries to make a laughing stock of every employee there. Would rate 0 stars if I could.Don't bother trying to bribe me with a refund, this post isn't changed any time soon.
I love Carl's JR in St.George but this location is awful. I try it out about once a year for the last 5 years and have been severely disappointed every time. I don't even eat the food because it's inedible. Every time I get onion rings they are rock hard and just go in the garbage.I've given up and wont be back. :/
Normally my favorite burger stop but this one is inside Loves Truck Stop and is extremely high priced, almost like the airport. Burgers are almost $10. Luckily I had a 2 for 1 coupon.

The last 3 times I've been into this location I've been greeted by seemingly annoyed cashiers and workers. Not sure why there would be employees working in this industry who CANT treat people with respect and hold the attitude. They throw my food on the counter when calling my order, then blatantly throwing a fit when I ask for sauce and they raising there voice at me stating that "well now were all out of barbecue thanks" sarcastically. I just think the front of house staff at night needs to be retrained or have a night shift manager that will hold them to a higher standard. Rosa Gonzalez is the only reason I'll be returning, she greets me with respect and never complains about my needs you guys need more people with her work ethic and who will do there job above and beyond. Fast foods not a hard industry, worked it for 4 years and had a great attitude
They always take forever with their chicken strips. Sometimes the inside is dirty since it's connected to a gas station and it's snowing it's hard to keep all the mud and ice off of the floor. The cashier was very friendly.
