Management was all over the place, everyone who seemed to know what to do didn’t want to do it and just liked to boss this poor kid up front around. Felt so bad for the kid, everyone around him kept letting customers know it was his first time on the register instead of just helping him out. I saw many times employees just sitting around laying on tables staring into space. The rudeness and laziness of this store is far worse than i’ve ever seen from an Arbys. I understand that food buisness is hard, i’m a GM at a dominos in salt lake so needless to say it’s busy there too. But to come off rude and impolite to customers is something that will never fly with me, especially if it’s uncalled forEdit: After reading the reviews i noticed every single one was followed the the same copy and pasted text directing you to an arby’s website. I find this to be ridiculous. If you can’t respond to your customers and avoid online feedback how are you supposed to improve as a buisness?
Hire more people, you are losing money. Processing 1 car every 15 minutes. The line goes all the way to the main road, more people would line up but service is unbearably slow. Probably not the employees fault but they get all the attitude from people who don't want to wait, so I feel bead for them. What does it take to get a couple of kids to work? It's 3 blocks from the college and you have a worker shortage? I just don't get it .you might as well just close the store until you can hire a crew, because you don't have one right now Arby's in cedar. I can't believe the employee(I assume it's only 1 person) even stays here and doesn't just quit.
3 cars in front of me when I pulled up in line. 36 minute wait! Unbelievably slow! Pulled up to the window. 5 people behind the counter... That I could see.... All talking with nothing in their hands..... Had all that time to get my very basic order together and still got it wrong. If you looking for "fast" food, this isn't the place for you.
DON’T GO AFTER 8pm. I understand staffing shortages, but I drive for doordash which makes a 52 min wait (not exaggerating) tough to deal with.If a manager is reading this, do what your friends across the street at KFC did and allow the lobby to be open for online orders and delivery workers ONLY. Don’t take orders, simply place prepared food there. That would help you and us.ALSO, to the owner, please don’t simply respond to this with his standard “sorry, please fill this out” message. Consider my feedback and try to figure it out.PS: the staff was great and doing their best, so no ill feelings toward them. Management should just try to manage things better.*UPDATE*Arby’s has made it possible for online orders and food delivery pick-ups to go inside and pick up food. Thank you for considering and doing something, kudos.
They need to hire more workers!!! The drive-thru was a horribly long wait of more than 30 minutes. The worker taking the order started with an apology. He was very patient and looked tired. I think they only had 2 or 3 people working there. Some customers left and went to KFC or Taco Bell next door. I felt bad for everyone.Food was excellent.
Had to do drive thru because lobby hasn't been open for months. Foos was good though.
I always love Arby's. Maybe my personal favorite fast food. Sorry dine in wasn't available, but some things can't be helped.
I like that the food is still hot when I get home, and always plenty of napkins, with friendly service
New staff of tattooed women were very rude and and nasty to me. First they asked me where I got my coupon and was I from out of town and third women asked me which sandwich wrap did I order I said the turkey bacon wrap like IOrder on the coupon two weeks ago. She said NO WE CANT GIVE YOU THAT. I told her to keep her darn coupon AND I WOLDNT EVR COMEBACK TO ARBYS !!!
This place has great service. 4star becuase they no longer serve their loaded curly fries.
