Terrible food, terrible service, long wait in the drive thru. I would avoid
Waited 35 minutes at this location for “fast” food ???
Every time I've gone there there's been a problem today it's been on their thing that they opened at 10:30 well at 11:00 they were screaming at the customer ahead of me in line at the drive-thru because they were not open yet
Food was good - once we got it. Went through drive thru and line was so long we pulled away after being assured it was all there - and bag was missing items. Came back and waited 28 minutes in line because their lobby was locked and they wouldn’t answer their regular phone or order pick up phone. Main dishes got cold waiting for our sides and biscuits got so hard waiting for butter and honey the kids wouldn’t eat them. Nothing fresh or any type of coupon were offered. Mistakes happen but they need to figure out a way to fix their problems better. Disappointed and frustrated. Staff was friendly tho.
Come on. Where else you gonna get a sweet, sweet root beer float?
I only went through the drive thru but was pleased with the service and food just like I expected.
Went there because its kentucky. Fried chicken too. Food was great ant the root beer was great. Its mug root beer. We went through drive threw. Fast and friendly. Got order right. !!!!! Yes a great place to get food in a hurry.
The food was really good!! Fast, I was really surprised and they thanked me for my business

Actually went to KFC for their chicken sandwich. I was expecting the chicken to be dry, but it was far from it. Now, I need to check out everyone else's chicken sandwich.
