I tried to let them fix this I really did. I don’t like leaving negative reviews. I called, waited 5 minutes on hold… told the nice girl that the pizza I got is extremely dry a little over cooked with hardly any cheese at all and all she said was “oh I’m sorry. Well thanks for telling us, goodbye “ that’s it??? Like I tipped you guys assuming you did a good job! Very very disappointed ☹️

Amazing pizza, it takes a long time but that's okay. Pizza has a lot of visible grease.
The service is realy good. The pizza is realy delicious and tasty would recomend.

The dough isn't very tasty, it was obviously frozen and not fresh. If your just feeding your kids, then it's okay! But if it isn't pepperoni than it's just to expensive for the lack of quality.
I love 5 Buck Pizza, but this location is not my favorite. The quality is still pretty good, but their customer service is definitely lacking. I visit this one frequently because it's closer to where I live and work, but I almost always have to wait while there are multiple people behind the counter not helping me. I get being too busy for immediate assistance occasionally, but this happens way too often. I would 100% prefer the S Providence Center location to this one for both quality of pizza and customer service.
I love some 5buck pizza but please don't do this again...
