Horrible customer service
Rude employees but good food quality. The dining room was dirty, and the iced tea was terrible. I've always loved Zaxby's but Raising Canes has won me over given the experience here. I always went to Zaxby's when I lived in North Carolina. I was hoping for the same great and food and service. Unfortunately, the employees don't seem to want me to be there so I'll abide by their wishes and not return.
It was as expected - the same as other visits, but this location actually seemed to have fresher ingredients (blackened chicken Zalad) compared to the other location I usually frequent.The drive-thru attendant was friendly and polite and my order was accurate.
The food was decent, that’s the only reason for an extra star. We were order 1 of the day. The moment we walked in, every single table was dirty, the food we ordered took way too long to come out, the bathrooms were a disaster. There was no one else there. This location was filthy.
They always make delicious food! And this time I got it door dashed and someone wrote a really cute note on mine. Thanks for making my day!
They can never give you the sauce you ask for. Never had this issue with other locations. I reached out a month ago as I was frustrated and got an amiable response. Ordered from them again and still had the same sauce issue and received a response from Hector saying it’s only me that keeps having this issue and I can try their other locations.
Good food, terrible service. If you like to eat chicken without any dipping sauce this is the place to go! Just don’t reach out to them about not getting sauce or they’ll clap back and tell you to eat somewhere else if you want sauce.
Zaxby's is always good but not great, a little pricey for my taste however there is never a large line which makes it a great alternative to other options near this location during busy times of day.
The Chicken Strips were really great! I do not like their sauces, but to each their own.
Usually good - lots of new employees. They are doing their best although it is a bit rough asking questions in the drive thru.
